STEPS

1. Make a playlist of songs that remind you of your DR.

2. Get into a comfortable position. It doesn't have to be starfish.

3. Play the music and create scenarios of your DR in your head that relates to the song playing.

4. After 10-20 you should feel dizzy, tingly, or both.

5. Count to 0 - 100, say affirmations, or both.

6. Fall asleep afterwards or stay awake.
