I walked down the hallway furious. I feel so angry and disappointed. Why am I even reacting?! You two are nothing y/n!! Get that inside your head, you're nothing to him, he's nothing to you. Stop being this way!! It's annoying!! I was completely not caring at all of who I bump into. I just want to get away from here, away from him. While I was walking I did ended up bumping into someone. Great.
"Oh y/n, I didn't know you'll be here today" no... I completely recognize this voice. I looked up and saw yuna smiling brightly at me like always. As much as I want to greet her back, this burning feeling inside just can't let me. I gaze at her real quick before continue walking away ignoring her presence. I'm sorry yuna.
"Y/n?Y/n! Wait" before she could say anything else, I entered the elevator, the elavator door shutting in front the both of us,
But before it was completely close I gave her a apologetic look and mouth a "I'm sorry"
I'm alone inside the elavator. I let out a harsh breath, running my hand through my hair. Thank god I didn't leave the files behind.
JUNGKOOK'S POV
I sat down my chair. I drew in a large breath. A knock can suddenly be heard interrupting the silence in my office.
"Come in" my voice sounding strangled. Yuna appeared in front of me.
"Ms.yuna (I didn't want to change the way they call her so I decided to stick with just yuna) why are you here? Is everything alright? Do you need something?" I asked, not feeling sure if I'll continue the rest of the day like nothing happened or just call it a day.
"Hi mr.jeon, oh! I'm very sorry for my intrusion... Well about that, I was on my way to the sales department but then I was contacted by a company called golden Interstellar also know as GI company... Saying that they had last-minute changes. They modified schedule. The person on the phone said that the schedule of their arrival is within the next 2 weeks" what? I thought the presentation would be held next Month. Why so sudden? Argh what a bad timing.
"Did the person you talked to on the phone introduced itself?"
"I think they're name was verena" that's all I need to know.
"Do you perhaps know them mr.jeon?" she added. I nod my head.
"...Do you need me to do anything Mr.jeon?" I shook my head in disapproval.
"No, nothing... Go back to what you were doing earlier ms.yuna" I said to her. She nodded and bowed.
"I'll take my leav--by the way mr.jeon I saw y/n earlier, if you don't mind me asking, did something happened?" I felt that she was worried. I slightly gave her a smile.
"She came here to pick up some files *I pause for a moment* I apologize but I can't say the rest of what happened" I sincerely told her. She nodded.
"It's okay mr.jeon. You don't need to let me know " she said. I smiled. Thank god she didn't ask more.
"Y/n is one of my friends, I care about her very much and the same goes to you, I hope you'll both talk everything out and be able to sort things" she said. I didn't know what to say.
"I'll try" was the only thing I said in a low voice.
"Don't just try, do everything you must. I can see she's someone special to you" she's special? I didn't notice that yuna must have already left and I was there alone again. I'm so used to being alone but now I feel something... Is this loneliness? No, I'm just stressed. What should I do now?
Y/N'S POV
If there's one thing I need to know...I should've Known where to go before I just walk out like that, atleast have a plan or something. I'm currently walking around the busy streets of seoul not knowing where to go. I didn't want to head home yet, and I most likely don't want to go back to the office anytime soon. A few moments pass by just me wandering around, letting my feet drag me somewhere.
I don't really want to work on the project right now, I ain't in the mood... Oh my goshhhhhh yes! That's it. I turned directions and started sprinting to that place. As I open the door the smell of freshly baked pastries came and welcomed me. I breathe in. nice~
"Y/n~sshi!" As I turn my gaze towards the voice who called me, it was madam Catherine...with a woman standing in front of her. Her back was facing me so I didn't know who she was until she turned around to face me.
"Mrs.jeon?" I said tightly. I was dumbfounded. The earth must really hate me.
"Hello my dear, I didn't know that you'll be here" she greeted me cheerfully. I smile and waved. Ahahaha... somebody please get me out of here.
She came to me and hug me. Seriously, jungkook is very lucky to have someone like her as his mom. I just patted her back. She laughed. She's a very cheerful woman alright.
"Would you like to have coffee and something to eat with me dear?" Okay shet I'm doomed. I faked a smile. No... y/n go on and politely decline--
"Of course mrs.jeo--"
"Sweetie, it's mom" she cutted me. I giggled.
"Of course mom" I don't know why I agreed to this. come on, no one can decline such a nice lady.
The both of you sat down while waiting for your orders. Soon enough the food came.
"How have you been?" She started a conversation. I took a sip from my coffee before answering.
"I've been fine, how about you mom?" I asked her back.
"Lovely as always" she said and flipped her hair in a silly way. I giggled.
"I didn't know you were jungkook's assistant dear" she said. and I Oop--
