Y/N'S POV
I actually didn't went home, but instead, I went to the nearest coffee shop. I didn't thought of ordering but I know I'm still going to need to order something. I was angry at jungkook but I was more angry at myself... It was all my fault after all.
"Uh hey~" A voice startled me. I look up to see a man probably the same age as me or a little older. He was tall, handsome but nothing impressive.
"Hello?" I said confused. Do I know him or something?
"Mind if I sit here?" The guy asked smiling adorably. I can't help but smile back. I nodded. He sat down.
"I'm y/n by the way" I introduce myself.
"Kai" He replied the both of us shook hands. He handed me a cup of coffee that I didn't know he was holding because I wasn't really paying attention.
I accept it. I know that we shouldn't be accepting stuff from strangers but he seems like a nice guy... I hope so.
"Thanks"
"Thanks for letting me share the seat"
We were kinda awkward and quiet at first but eventually started chatting. After some time, I was getting ready to end the conversation because it's getting dark.
He suddenly started looking behind me as if someone was bothering him.
"What?" I asked concern. Please don't tell me his getting ready to kidnap me!?
"They're reporters here and they're taking pictures of you" He said.
"Me? That's probably someone else close to us" I said not turning around it was probably nothing... But the camera clicking sounds didn't stop I slightly got worried. There not here for me are they?
I turned my head to look myself and was immediately greeted by a camera flash. Soon the reporter came in crowding me.
"Excuse me? But why are you taking photos of me?" I asked themconcern and not knowing what to do.
"Your the jeon's son's girlfriend y/n right?" One of the reporter said. How did they about that?
"What?"
"This is you right?" Another report cut in and showed me an article there where pictures of me and jungkook when we went on a vacation with the jeon's in Jeju. I scan the article and what it says. "South korea's youngest leading CEO jeon Jungkook confirmed that he is dating this girl named
y/n l/n" They released an article about the fake relationship thing?!
"Can we interview you?" Reporters started asking me. Sh*t I stood up. I look at Kai and the reporters one last time before saying.
"I'm very sorry but I have to go" I walked out as quickly as I possibly could, thinking about how that will end up on the news where I'll be labeled as "cheating on South korea's youngest CEO" Jungkook wasn't going to like that, let alone the whole companies reputation. Damn it!!
"Y/n wait up!" I heard someone calling after me.
"What?"
"I didn't get your number"
I stopped on my tracks and look at him dumbfounded.
"Didn't you hear what they said? I'm dating someone"
"Dating?" He said and thought for a second before resuming saying that...
"Being friends won't hurt right?" He begged me. I considered it and ask him to hand me his phone. He smiled and handed me his phone.
