Trans mikey x gf ~coming out~

  Mikey slid down against the wall of her room, scared out of her mind. For weeks she has been wanting to share with her girlfriend (Y/n) and her brothers that she's trans. It took her so long for to figure it out herself. She always liked more feminine things but thought nothing of it until she found out about trans people. Living in the sewers aren't the best for learning about yourself and LGBTQIA+ things.     Mikey only thought you where either male or female. She had a rough time coming to terms when she was 15 that she fall for human's, yokai, mutants, females or males. Now at 17 having to come to terms with being trans and the fear of everyone she loves turning her down.
She couldn't help but to start tearing up. Mikey knew as a trans girl she had to change her name. But she loved it. The name Michelangelo was unique to her. Not many people had the name. Not to mention it matched with her brothers so well. Mikey pulled out her phone to look for feminine nicknames that could work well with her birth name. She knew she was keeping Mikey as a nickname. It was rather genderfluid from what google says.
While Mikey was looking at the names, (Y/n) was standing at the doorway softly smiling. (Y/n) has been getting hints that Mikey wasn't exactly comfortable with being for the past few months from her slowly wearing more and more feminine clothing.

  "Angel...I like that" Mikey whispered to herself.

  "You are an Angel my love" (Y/n) said while walking over sitting next to Mikey.

  "S-sweetheart?!" Mikey squeaked becoming incredibly shy which isn't normal for her.

  "Mikey, something is up? If there is I will always be with you" (Y/n) said softly looking up at Mikey.

  "(Y/n)....im honestly scared to share this, because im shared to lose you. But its so important for me to share this and I know it is." Mikey started. (Y/n) looked at her and smiled.

  "I'm trans (Y/n), im a girl..." Mikey mumbled in a scared manner

  "That doesn't at all make me hate you or anything negative, it just makes me love you more, I am so proud you came out to me. Is Angel your name now?" (Y/n) smiled and longingly kissed Mikey.

  "I...its a nickname...I love my name as it is....i just need feminine nicknames is all" Mikey whispered after the kiss.

  "Alright Angel I respect your choice, have you thought of the name Angela?" (Y/n) said hugging her newly came out girlfriend.

  "I like that one too. I also have another one. So technically I have 3 girl names to use and nicknames." Mikey said excitedly pulling (Y/n) closer.

  "Ooh tell me" (Y/n) giggled as she kissed Mikey's cheek.

  "I have Angel, Angela, and Michelle" Mikey leaned her head on (Y/n)'s shoulder.

They spent the rest of the day talking, cuddling, and watching tv in Mikey's room. To the two of them it was the perfect way to end a day.
