You knew that something was gonna go bad at some point but you didn't think that it would all start from here. Penny was in the Atlas at the time and wasn't feeling so happy. You felt Carson place his hand on your shoulders. He gave you a look of concern because he noticed how you weren't looking too well. You could hear Ironwood shouting in his office right away.

Carson: You know how it is. With things looking bad around here, you don't expect him to be a proper state than this.

You entered into his office and you have to say that you were a little late to hear what Ironwood was talking about.

Ironwood: This is the WORST case scenario!

Ironwood slammed his hand down on the desk in anger. After a couple down in Mantle clearing Grimm, the situation had been moderately contained, and you were finally able to get back up to Atlas to see Ironwood.

Ironwood: More people are dead, Penny's been framed, and somehow Jacques Schnee is sitting on the council!

Ironwood turned to you, marching to you angrily.

Ironwood: What happened! Was Cinder working alone or not!

You: She wasn't. I met one of her comrades.

Marrow: We're awfully sorry sir. We didn't expect anything to happen tonight. None of us did.

Ironwood: I come back to you later.

Ironwood stared daggers at Marrow, with him lowering his head quickly in response.

Ruby: None of us wanted this. And I Know for a fact that Y/n didn't expect Tyrian to be there as well.

Sitting back at his chair, he placed his head in his hands.

Ironwood: Clover. What do you have to report on Robyn?

Clover: She's hit another Amity transport. Seems the election massacre was the push she needed to go from small town hero to full on vigilante.

Ironwood: It seems Robyn has emboldened our suppliers in Mantle. They're refusing to sell us provisions until the city is adequately repaired. With Robyn redistributing the goods her team has stolen, the Amity Project is completely stalled.

Ruby: But we're so close. There has to be some way we can finish the tower.

Y/n: I'm sorry to say this but there has to be another option for this.

Ruby: What do you mean?

Winter: It's declaring martial law.

Ruby's eyes widen to this realization. You know that it may be hard but it is really necessary. The toughest decisions have to be the hardest to make.

Nora: You're not actually considering that, are you?

Ironwood looks at the window.

Ironwood: What's more important? Establishing communication, unite the world? Or appeasing a few city block?

Nora: Don't make it sounds so trivial when you know it isn't. You keep talking about we need a little more time, but you're not the one having to struggle!

Ironwood: We have all have to make sacrifices for the greater good. Mantle have to bear a lot of the burden yes! But-

Nora: They're bearing all of it. The longer this waiting game, the harder it gets for each people down there and now you have to send in more soldiers? You can't force people to fall in line. If you do that, you will be trading all of these problems for the Grimm!

Y/n: Everyone have to make tough decisions Nora! None of this is easy for everyone. Don't think that all of this every choice that you make in life will be easy. There is some more choices that you have to bear in guilt and this isn't the main part. This is just starting.  You have to do make it right around here. Don't every think that all of this choice is easy.
