No one was ready. I Jenna Marshal wasn't ready, Violet Marshal wasn't ready, and Justin Hollores also didn't know what danger was to come. No one knew what was in store for us. It was only our second day  at sea and so far luck was on our side. Mother taught us to not use luck to get us through life. Forchune, happines, and adult hood are earned by hard work if you are poor. But if you are rich you can get all these things with money. To get money there are a few things yo can do: be born into wealth, Mary into wealth, or (what mother belived was the worst.) Work for it.

Of course Violet saved Justin and treated him with CPR, and warmth to fight off the hiperthermia. Then it happend. We ran out of bread and fish. But that wasn't the worst part. The worst was when the wave came. A gigantic wave that swept us of our boards, threw us into the air and sunk us to the ground. It felt as if  the wave was pulling us. Pulling us to the ocean floor. Like a hand from te underworld draging us down. Then a real hand grabed me and pulled me up. Up to where life is, up where the sun shines, up so I can breathe.I was right, the kids did save me, but not the kid I thought, it wasn't Violet, it was Justin. His right hand lifted me up, his left one held my sister and his legs kicked us all to the surface. The bad part was the drowning that felt like an hour was only three muinutes. So the storm was still on. It was darker than night, Colder than the artic and we were all afraid. I was a pampered, rich city girl and so was my sister. And we were not ready to survive a huricane in the ocean. I don't remember what happened next but I woke up on sand.
