That boy could honestly be the death of me. Me and Malfoy had been spending a lot of time together recently and i would say i quite like his company. He makes me happy when im sad and he helps me when im down and hes honestly the most perfect person in the whole world. Am i falling for him.
today is the champion selection. i hoping to god that no one i know or am friends with wants to enter. If they did that would be a fucking death wish.
"welcome to the champion selection!" Dumbledore announced. All the students watched for something to happen. The hall was silent,everyone watched the goblet, waiting for something to happen. The flame suddenly turned into a light pink shade and a piece of paper flew out the flame and into Dumbledore's hand.
"The champion from Drumstrang. Viktor krum!" The drumstrang students all cheered as viktor got up to shake Dumbledore's hand
"The champion from Beauxbatons . Fleur Delcaour!" A loud and high piched cheer was heard from that schools table.
" and finally the champion from Hogwarts is..... Cedric Diggory!"
Finally all the people were announced no one i knew or was friends with was announced. Suddenly the goblet lit up again and another bit of paper flew out. Dumbledore's face suddenly dropped.
"Harry potter..."
"HARRY POTTER!"
my heart suddenly dropped as Ron shoved him forwards this cant be. He wouldn't have put his name in there. I ran out of the hall and straight to the stairs of the slytherin common room. I started balling my eyes out i cant loose harry to this. Not like this.
"Megan?" i looked up and i was faced with Draco. He sat near me and I just cried into his arms, he hated harry yet he comforted me anyways. Draco is a good guy and im honestly glad to have him in my life. I knew Draco would end up winding him up soon enough, but if anything i wont be mad at him if he does. As i know he doesn't mean it.

The next day i woke up with puffy red eyes, i still couldn't believe that harry was going into the death tournament but he had no choice the goblet chose him he had to go through with it even if he didn't want to. I walk out my dorm and Go to Draco's room, he walks to me with his hair all messy he must have just woke up not going to lie he does look adorable. We start walking to potions class when hes got dressed. I come across Harry and he isn't with Ron.
"Megan? can i talk to you?"Harry asks, i nod and tell Draco to save me a seat.
"Whats up harry?"
"Ron is mad at me he thinks i put my name in that cup, he doesn't believe me, im panicking so bad."
"Harry, its all a shock to everyone so just give him time he will be mad as hes scared of losing his best friend. Just like im scared of losing my brother anyway i best get to potions harry. Just know i believe you didn't put your name in"
"Thanks Megan, i really appreciate it!"
i went into potions before i was late and sat next to Draco
"what was that about with potter?"
"you do realize Malfoy, im a potter too?"
"yes, but i only call your idiot of a brother potter"
"Anyway Ron isn't speaking to him as he thinks harry put his name in the cup" i roll my eyes.
"Thats hilarious, honestly weasel isn't talking to potter this is gold"
"Draco try not to be a dick"
we got on with the lesson before snape got mad at us. I managed to make the perfect potion.
"ill beat you next time potter!" Draco said
"Thought you only call my brother potter?"
"I do but this time you are getting called it as im mad at you"
"Awe im sorry babe" i wink and Draco blushes.
That marks the end of the lesson and time for break. Draco told me to meet him at our usual spot. So i agreed.
"ah megan come to hang out with me again" Draco joked.
" well i rather not hang out with Ron at the moment and Harry seems a bit tense-" i began. Draco looked at harry, who began storming off from Ron.
"Why so tense potter?" he called out Harry began rolling his eyes.
"My farther and i have a bet you see. I don't think you're gonna last ten minuets in this tournament." Draco jumped down from the tree he was sat on with me and went over to harry with his friends behind him
"He disagrees, he thinks you wont last five" Draco and his friends all laughed and Harry shoved Draco.
"I don't give a damn what your farther thinks Malfoy." he spat "hes's vile and cruel and you're just pathetic" harry continued then walked away.
Draco pulled out his want. I acted out of impulse to help my brother
"Expelliarmus!"
"What was that for?" Draco asked
"You need to stop fighting all the time he's having a hard time and im worried about him"
"i'm sorry megan" he actually looked hurt.
"it's okay Draco, im sorry too"
I walked inside and immediately Harry comes over to me.
"Whats going on with you and Malfoy?" Draco then comes in as if hes scripted it himself.
"Jealous Potter? that your sister actually has a life that you can't control anymore"
"Back off Malfoy"
"make me potter"
