Fate is that which you cannot change. Destiny is that which you're meant to do. While fate is what happens when you don't take responsibility for your life, destiny is what happens when you commit to growing, learning, and taking chances. Being "destined for greatness" only comes through active and conscious decisions. But fate is what happens when you let other people and external circumstance dictate your life.
In Ridhima's life her fate was marked by a devil ,she was to be his and only his either by hook or crook
Ridhima never knew that a girl like ber innocent and unaware to the cruelty of world will meet the most cruel creature on this planet
Whenever she had thought about her future husband ,she always imagined that imaginary person to be like her sweet,caring ,loving ,loyal and most of all polite
She wanted a person who can take care of her give her the freedom,let her live her life to the fullest ,help her accomplish the dream of hers let her fly like a bird high up in the sky but she had never imagined that she will get the opposite of what she always wanted
She will get a dark,cold,ruthless,hard and beastly man and mostly cruel who will never let her accomplish her dreams will never let her fly but will her soul nad put clips on her wings
She never knew that fate had stored this cruel thing for her and her destiny will take her to the Beast
She was no more the lively girl she used to be ,she was just a Slave to the Beast
She now started believing that she must have did some bad deeds in past that god has given her such a bad future
Ridhima was lost in all these thoughts when she heard the knock on the door
She got up and wiped her tears which were now nothing but a reminder of her cruel fate
She replied a faint coming in few minutes and went to wash her face
After making her presentable enough
She opened the door and came face to face with none other than Riya and Sushmita who came with a smile on their faces
Sushmita was carrying a tray full of indian delicacies that were looking to good to devour
And riya was carrying two three bags which were looking like they could blast any second
Sushmita told Ridhima to get fresh and have the breakfast and then Riya interrupted her in between
"Bhabi,Today is Mehndi Function I am soooo excited I will apply mehndi on my hands and feet both mom and bhabhi we have planned a small sangeet also hope you will like it " Said Riya
Ridhima gave her a small smile and left to freshen up in the washroom
As the water cascaded from the shower on her back she felt herself relaxed and only for a little time in this mansion she felt happy and calm instead of sad and gloomy
After she finished her routine ,she took a bathrobe and wrapped it around her body
When she went to the room she saw the breakfast was kept on the bedside table along with the shopping bags
She was going to eat her breakfast when she heard the opening of the door she gasped and looked at the intruder it was none other than Karan gazing at her body with hard eyes
She asked in an angry voice "What are you doing here at least knock before entering dont you have some manners ?"
Hearing this Karan went closer to her and held her arms in a tight grip and spoke while gritting his teeth
"Last time ...I am fucking warning you last time dont cross your bloody limits understood this is my mansion and I can fucking enter into any room I want and that too anytime Dont try to be over smart with The Karan Rai Singhania and Dont forget your behaviour marks the safety of your family "
