Somehow, he ended up running outside to an alleyway, hand in hand with Regulus Black. He was quite sure he hadn't taken anything, or even had an opportunity to, but he felt and seemed under the influence. Lacking the ability to control himself, he ended up with Regulus against a stone wall, his mouth trailing down the boy's neck, listening to the sounds that came out of his mouth as he did so. This wasn't Sirius, what was he doing?!

Snapping out of the trance, he pulled away from the whining lad. What the actual fuck. If he was Sirius, that would've been hot as fuck, but he was not. He was actually Sirius's brother, mesmerised under Remus's touch. That should've been the other Black brother. Instead, the scene of the guy whimpering his name was quite repulsive. If it had been Sirius it would have been a completely different story, but it wasn't.

Eyes darting around, Remus muttered, "Uh.. Bye pal."

With that, he left the shirtless, hickey-covered boy to watch as he ran away. If it were a cartoon, he would have for sure left a cloud of dust behind him. Instead, the only thing he left behind was a scrawny, horny boy, desperate for his return.

Once he reached the hotel room, he leaned against the wall, sliding down to his knees as he caught his breath. Lily and James dashed over, instantly coming to his aid. Upon the redhead asking what had happened, Remus explained - his cheeks flaming red - the events that had led up to him bursting into the room.

Brows furrowed, James locked eyes with his heavily breathing friend, "You almost fucked Sirius's brother?"

Letting out a nervous giggle, Remus nodded.

Groaning, Potter clasped his own face, "Bloody hell, you're meant to be the smart one mate."

"We need to go." Both Evans and Potter said sternly at the same time.

Not waiting for Remus's approval, the two began packing their suitcases, Lily shaking her head at the stupidity of her friend. Guilt, a vicious creature, threatened to devour him there, only leaving a few crumbs of him left. Fortunately, he had the strength to fight back, not allowing the monstrous thing to take over him. Yawning, he stood up and prepared for the train journey.

Three young adults trudged through Paris, evidently on their way to return to their homeland. They soon reached the train station, collapsing onto their seats as soon as they could. It had been such a short holiday, but they couldn't deny it had felt much longer than it had been.

Remus looked down at his suitcase, a dark red. At home, somewhere hidden in his organised mess, lay another suitcase, much smaller than the one in his hand. A few years ago, himself and his closest friends - the marauders - had been skipping maths. As per usual, Lupin gave a short lecture on the 'childish idea' but agreed anyway. One of the three boys, between cackles, pointed out that he 'may as well have been a teacher!'. Though Remus certainly didn't see it, he laughed along, letting his friends bribe someone to engrave his initials and surname on the case.

'Look out, Wormtail, here comes big scary Professor R. J. Lupin!'

Ever since that day, the now shabby suitcase brought back great memories to the 'professor'. Those were the best days of his life, just hanging around with his mates, the trio goofing around. At the time, Remus had been green eyed with envy of his friends' lives. They always seemed to not have a care in the world, meanwhile he was endlessly worrying about every possible outcome of his actions. Little had he known that they had all had their struggles too, they had just hid them from the rest of the world, like he had.

Before he knew it, he was snapped back to reality and was informed they'd reached their destination. With a small smile, he hopped off of the vehicle, his friends doing the same. London. Back to the hopeless pining.
