The Next Day

The next morning I woke up. It was Friday and we had a big potions test today. I put on my robes and started walking out of the slytherin common room. I had slept in and skipped breakfast in the great hall so I had to go straight to my classes. I had transfiguration first. I got to class and sat in the very back, trying to remain unnoticed. I looked around and Draco was sitting in the front of the room looking at me. I ignored it and opened up my book to begin class. I couldn't let draco distract me from my work. After about an hour class ended. We had a free period next. I walked to the library and decided to study more for our potions test. When I walked in I saw my brother, tom. I really didn't want to talk to him because we never really got along. We always fought and he was so mean to people. I grabbed my books and went to the corner in the very back of the library to be alone. I was reading and then I saw Draco being mean to Neville. Me and Draco may have been bestfriends but I would never let him do that. I walked over and pushed draco away. I said "What the hell do you think your doing?". He looked shocked that I would actually do that and he said "Im just teaching longbottom here a lesson". I rolled my eyes and said "Draco Lucius Malfoy your the one that needs taught a fucking lesson. You need taught a lesson in manners and how to be nice. Neville never did anything to you so you are going to walk out of this library and leave him alone." He looked suprised and said "whatever he's not worth my time anyways" and he left. I turned around and helped Neville pick up all his books. He looked at me and said "thank you y/n but why are you being so nice to me?" I smiled and said "because you deserve it nev". He smiled and I said "hey do you wanna come study with me and yoi can tell me all about your plants" He looked so excited and said "really?". I said "yes of course!". We walked to the back of the library and he was just talking about all his plants to me. It was the cutest thing ever. I was just listening to him and seeing how happy he was to talk about his plants. When we were about to leave for our next class he gave me a plant and told me to keep it. I said "are you aure you want me to keep this nev?" he smiled and nodded his hed yes. I asked him to help me name the plant and he said "Alice! its named Alice". I smiled and then I realized he named it after his mother. I almost cried and I hugged him so tight. I said "thank you nev I love it". We both left to our different classes then and when I got to potions I went to my seat in the back of the class because I was late and didn't want Snape to see me. Draco saw me and he whispered something to snape. Snape said "okay we will be making liquid luck for your test today and you will all get partners." He was going through the list of partners and he said "y/n and draco". I was still mad at draco so I didn't really want to be his partner but I didn't feel like arguing with Snape about it so I just dealt with it. Draco walked back to sit next to me. While Snape was teaching Draco looked at me and said "y/n I'm really really sorry if I upset you by being mean to Neville, how can I make it up to you". I said "well you can start by apologizing to Neville and never being mean to him again". He agreed to do it so I was a little less mad but I still couldn't understand why draco had to be so mean to people. I wasn't paying attention and I was just thinking about alot of things. I couldn't focus. Draco had his hand on the desk so I held his hand and played with his rings. Playing with his rings always helped me focus. I got tired and I layed my head on his shoulder. A few minutes later, I fell asleep. Snape was like a father to me so he just let me sleep. We only had 2 classes left for the day so after potions Draco just took me to my dorm and layed me down. When he was about to leave I woke up and said "no pleaae stay here". He smiled and layed down with me. I layed my head on his chest and cuddled with him. I fell asleep again and a couple minutes later he fell asleep too. We layed there and I woke up around 6pm. We had dinner in 30 minutes. I shook draco to wake him up. He said "what the fuck do you want? I'm trying to sleep". I laughed at him and I stood up to get ready. I took the blankets off of him and rolled him out of the bed. He fell on the floor and I just laughed at him. He said "oh you think thats funny?". He stood up and chased me around my dorm. He tackled me kn my bed and we were both laughing and just having so much fun. Eventually O got up and got ready for dinner. We walked into the great hall together and sat at the slytherin table. Blaise, Pansy, and Theo were sitting across from us. I looked around the table and didn't see tom. Eventually he came in and sat next to me. I rolled my eyes and ignored him the whole time. I know he's my big brother but we always fight about everything and sometimes I feel like he dosent even love me. He just wants me to be evil like him but I could never be evil. I have always been a good person and unlike him I accept everyone and I dont care what house or blood-type they are. After dinner we all went back to our dormitorys. Every Friday night we had a huge party. Tonight was Gryffindors night to host the party. Their parties were always super fun. I walked back to my dorm without draco to get ready. I had a short black dress. I put it on and threw on my black heels. I walked out of the dorms and was on my way to the party. I got to the Gryffindor common room and walked in.
