We flew to Spain.I didn't want to but Joe wanted me to see her.He even called Frank.Aceline and I talked.It was short but Adrien talked to them both later.I missed them.

We arrived the day before New Year's Eve.I called Frank as I knew he was here."Hey.We heard about the fire.I mean,I did.I still don't have the guts to tell mom about that."

"Well,you might have to.Because I'm covered in burns and I'm outside."Not even a minute after,he jumped out the mansions door with mom behind him.

She ran at me and hugged me tight."You're not mad at me?""Why would I be mad at you,iubit?You're my little girl.If anything,I'm mad at that father of yours!"

I stopped sobbing and broke it off."Mom,this is Joe.My other brother.""Finally a decent mother being.Hello."Mom laughed at Joe's comment.

"You probably remember Pierre and Esmée.""You still look wonderful with a pregnancy belly,Dianne."Mom smiled."Always the sweetest,Pierre."Esmée rolled her eyes."He only says that so you could make him a godfather again."

"I'm sorry?Am I missing something here?""Esmée is your godmother and Pierre is your godfather.Didn't you know?"I shook my head."Father never told me that.I feel so left out right now."

"Well,now you know,iubit.""Well,this is Benjamin,Adrien's older brother and this is-"Mom cut me off."Adrien Chevalier.You grew up fast.You were five,going on six,and you'd sneak inside the manor to sneak into Reine's nursery.Nadeliene did a good job with you two.Where is Lucien?"

Adrien sighed."Lucien died two years after that memory you are talking about that I clearly don't remember."Mom pulled me closer."Nadeliene was really disappointed that I got pregnant 4 years after she did.She had this surreal idea that you two kids would eventually grow up togather."

"Of course,that didn't happen.Your father's business started booming crazy after he signed that contract with my father.Ugh!Gresill went crazy!All he cared became money and danger.Last time I saw you was when you had to sneak into the manor because someone paid your father to send his best assassin yet to kill Reine.I caught you cradling her instead of killing her."

We both nervously rubbed the back of our necks."Here is the thing,mom.We kind of are.You know,togather?"She started screaming."Nadeliene you bitch!I owe you thousand bucks now!"

Mom turned around and went back inside the house."What did I just witnessed?"Adrien sighed."You and me both.""Well,not me!I joined that bet and I won a thousand bucks right about now!When are you paying me up Dianne?!"

"BENJAMIN CHEVALIER,SHUT YOUR PIE HOLE!"She paused."AMAZING!NOW I WANT PIE!"Benjamin went after my mom as I turned to Frank."Hey,Frank.""I'm so glad you are ok."

I hugged him back."So am I."I backed away."And uhm...Good news.Raymond won't be coming anywhere near me ever again."He scoffed."You actually left him.""And he burnt the manor down again.I'm telling you.That guy has some serious problems!"

We all went inside and spent the rest of the day togather."Amor,could you sit down.Please.""If I want to play my violin,I will!You sit your ass down!Not me!"

I stood up."What if I played for a change?""You play?"I nodded."I knew you were a music teacher when I was little,mom.I do play."Joe cheered."Play Unforgettable."I rolled my eyes."What makes you think I memorized that?"
