Chapter 12: Sailing Under the Sea
(Percy Pov)
After that surprised visit of Aphrodite and Apollo we all go back to our rooms, I was going to sleep when Leo yelled. Oh gods here we go again another monster. I go up deck when I saw all of them there.
"What's wrong?" I asked
"We are going pass to the sea of monster" Annabeth said
"What why?" I asked
And they just look at me. Oh I'm son of Poseidon so I'm the one supposed to guide them.
"We need to pass at the sea of monster" Piper said nervous
I saw Annabeth thinking.
"I have a plan, Percy you must do it right" Annabeth said
What is the plan I hope nothing suicide.
Annabeth said to me the plan but I cannot do that even I'm the son of the sea god. They all nervous when they heard what Annabeth's planed. I knew why Apollo said that, I hope I can do that. We are going near to the sea of monster. So I start to pull down the ship under the sea while preventing the water go inside the ship border. I pull down the ship and control the water to move the ship where we need to go. Oh this is hard. I'm still concentrating to the ship. Doing both at the same time is hard I'm sweating right now. I was standing on the deck while the others are amaze to the view. I saw Leo going to me.
"Hey Perce, are you okay?" He asked
"What do you think?" I said
"This is awesome we can touch the water but the ship is still dry" Leo said amaze
"Yeah" I said
"Why you need to do that just create a big bubble and we are safe from drowning" Leo suggest
He's right why I need to do this I just need to create a bubble. Leo was going to say something when Annabeth interrupted him.
"Because the bubble can pop out and if that happened we will drown" Annabeth interrupted
"Oh" We both said in unison
"So you two get it" Annabeth smiled and walk to Piper
Leo and I nod.
"So" Leo said while tapping my shoulder
And when he did that I lose concentrate and the water are going in inside the ship I heard they all scream so I concentrate again and all the water are gone and the ship starting to move again. And after that they all give Leo a glare.
"Dude they give you a death glare" I joke
"Yeah, so what are you doing after the quest?" he asked
"I will ask dad for a request to let me visit mom" I answered
He just smile and he leave and go to the control room because we are going above as Annabeth gave me a signal I pull up the ship and Leo start all engine and we are sail not under but above and I can now have a sleep. I'm so tired. I hope they have fun while we are sailing under the sea and thank gods no monster attack us. When we back above the sea we saw an island I think that's a carnival. We go to that direction because the engine is broke after the water get inside while we are under the sea so we need a place to stay for a while. While Leo will stay fix the ship.
