Langa couldn't be more sure about his feelings for Reki. The only thing he's been feeling since he woke up was love. What didn't come to his mind was that maybe they never talked about it, before. He was so sure he did not hesitate to kiss him. It felt great. It felt GLORIOUS ! Yet he already regrets it. He can't run after Reki. He did not understand the signals Reki sent him. But they were so obvious !

Langa ate his breakfast alone, confused. Maybe this feeling of wholesomeness he gets around Reki is one sided ? He looked like he felt comfortable around Langa. Langa enjoyed having him this close to him. He enjoyed the kiss. It confirmed everything that was going on in his mind. His heart beating harder and faster was just his body reacting to Reki, even when his mind erased him.

And now Reki ran away from him without saying anything.

Langa put his plate on the table. It wasn't easy with only one arm. He decided not to overthink it and just wait for Reki to come back. He stayed by his side for 3 days straight, he can't stay away from him that long.

Even after days in bed, Langa fell asleep right away.

Reki ran all the way to the parking lot. A few hospital workers told him to stop running in the hallways, but he couldn't care less. He found a hidden corner where to hide and fell on the grass. He was out of breath, but his mind kept running the marathon.

What was THAT ? Why would Langa just kiss him randomly ? Is he THAT sick ? How hard did he hit his head ? Why would he kiss him right after telling him he doesn't remember him ?

Reki's mind was out of control. He felt like punching a wall and screaming. He ran away from Langa twice in a row after waiting impatiently for him to wake up for days.

And now Langa stole his first kiss.

Reki wanted a pretty lady to kiss him for the first time. Someone he could show off his skateboarding skills to and she would always be impressed and supportive ! And maybe one day, while he's helping her learn how to skate, too, she could fall into his arms. They would've looked at each other in the eyes. The moment would've been perfect, he would've kissed her softly and he would've looked so cool !

" Hey kid ! "

Reki looked up to find Joe coming over. He really chose the worst timing. Reki wiped his sweating face with his sleeve and tried his best to look normal. But Joe sat right next to him without even looking at him. It was obvious something was going on.

" Thank's for keeping us updated in the group chat. They're not expecting me at the restaurant before 10, so I thought I could come over before. " Said Joe.

Reki nodded. Joe probably already noticed something was up so why hide it ? They both stayed quiet for a little while. Joe was sitting comfortably, arms behind him, looking up at the sky. Reki was curled up in a ball, arms around his knees, hiding his face.
