Midoriya's P.O.V.
The bell finally rang signaling the end of our first class. I slowly began to put my things in my backpack while everyone else left. I told Aizawa how I'd found Y/N last night. I followed her as she ran, I stayed a good distance away though, so that she was just in my view. When she was asleep I came into her little area. She had a few drawings taped up to the metal. One of them looked like my... eyes? There was one of Kirishima, Bakugou, Kaminari, Mina, and Todoroki. She was amazing! There was still a little light left from the sunset and I saw they she had her earbud cord tangled in her hair. I held my breath as I untangled it, cautious as to not wake her. I wrapped them up along with her little iPod and put them in her bag that was in the corner. She also had a sketch pad that was in front of her. She was on her side with her back facing me. I wanted to look through it but I was unsure if I should. Would it be invading her privacy? In the end curiosity got the better of me. The first pages were of unfinished people, mostly the start of faces, particularly the eyes. But I didn't recognize any of them. As I flipped through the book the people became more familiar. I saw a lot of what looked like me. There was a few that were unmistakably me, where the features were all drawn, from my messy curly hair to the freckles on my cheeks. There were a few drawings of just eyes that were almost identical to the ones that I knew were me. It was this reason I assumed they were mine. But why would she have the most drawings of me? She had one or two of everyone else, but counting up all of me, there was 12! My eyes drifted to her laying on a few blankets in the sand. I wondered how long she had been here. I had never came this far when I was cleaning up the beach with All Might. I put her sketch book back where it was laying earlier and as darkness consumed the space sleep consumed me.
I woke up sitting where I was last night to see that Y/N was still asleep. I rubbed the sleep out of my eyes as I decided to stay here until she woke up. I texted my mom letting her know I was okay too. From her reply would could tell that she had been worried sick and I'd be in for it when I went home. I texted back a 'sorry'.
Y/N started to move and she slowly reached out to the book of paper that was in front of her. She started flipping though the pages evidently not realizing I was there. She paused on the last page, which was a drawing of me that was wrinkled with what I thought were tears. It slightly blurred the details of the pencil, but it was beautiful none the less. She then closed the book and rolled to her back as she stretched out with her eyes closed. I held my breath yet again because I had no idea how she'd react. I mean honestly, was it creepy that I was sitting here all night and not bothering to tell her? Maybe. All right yes, yes it was. Which is why I was scared.
Her eyelids fluttered open revealing her brown eyes. They went wide as she saw me sitting there. She immediately darted up and within seconds she had all of her stuff besides the taped up drawings and her blankets in her hand. Then she punched my eye and ran. Man, she was definitely strong, I felt a warm substance running down from where her knuckles hit my brow. I reached up to touch it and sure enough it was blood. I wiped my brow with my wrist before I stood up and began running after her. She didn't take the time to put her shoes on and I knew that was NOT a good idea. She was also fast. She was 4 inches taller than me and she was all legs. Her strides were almost twice as long as mine. I couldn't catch up to her, but I went all the ways I thought I saw her go.
After running after her for a bit, I turned the last place I saw her turn. There she was. She was sitting in an old alleyway with her feet bleeding and a few pieces of glass and metal that had blood on them. I assumed they were what she pulled out of her feet. She was in that state again. The same one she was in yesterday. Her eyes were wide and her breath was fast. I didn't know what to do so I hit her head in the same place as Bakugou did yesterday, as that as the only thing that seemed to pull her out of the trance. Then I ran. I didn't know if she would want to see me after what happened this morning. Besides, if I told Aizawa, he could probably help her better than I could.
