Chapter - 3

I licked my dried lips and walk forward.

Right now I am standing just infront of her seat but she is too engrossed to notice me.

Y/n - " R-Rosé."

I mentally cursed myself for sounding so weak.

She raised her head to look at me
And
froze.

She was just staring at me with slightly widened eyes which were getting glossy.

Soon she broke the eye contact and continued with her work leaving me dumbfounded.

I sat infront of her and kept my phone on the table, she still didn't looked at me.

I kept my arms on the table.

Y/n - " You won't talk to me?"

I asked softly.

But I myself was hating me for asking this question.

Rosé - " Sorry, I don't know you."

She said looking at her laptop with a cold tone.

But I know she isn't working anymore she is just pretending now....she is too shocked to work now.

Rosé is my friend since middle school, she even went to the same university as mine but sadly I stayed at that university only for half a year then went to U.S.

Y/n - " Did you really forgot me?"

I asked with a smile which had some sadness.

She didn't answered.

Y/n - " So,now you will only talk to 'missmcblush'?"

Rosé - " Ye"

She was about to say yes but she stopped and looked at me finally with wide eyes.

Rosé - " How do you know about her?"

She said with shock

Y/n - " Why won't I know about myself?"

I said shrugging my shoulders.

I can't explain how much I am despising  myself for acting so cockily.

Her eyes grew even more wide.

Rosé - " I don't believe you."

She said with a slightly broken voice.

Y/n - " Should I send you a message then?"

I asked raising my eyebrows.

She closed her laptop.

Rosé - " You betrayer....what you want now huh?.....after dissapearing suddenly from our lives you have come now after six years and asking me will you not talk to me."

She said angrily while her tears started flowing.

I looked down because I know I deserve what I am getting right now.
