Sirius Black(Padfoot) x Reader

I was walking to go see moony in the DADA classroom, as I teach Ancient runes. Out of nowhere, this black dog started following me around everywhere. When I was walking to his class knowing he didn't have a class right now. 

I closed the door and the dog jumped at him and just stayed by him while we talked and ate.

Once I left for the summer, I had no idea that Sirius was out and that Hermione along with Harry saved him from death. I took the train back home with Moony and the dog didn't get off my lap the whole time even when I drifted off, when I did so the dog acted like a little pillow.

 Once we got back to my house, he was greeted by a very happy niece, Seren Regulus-Sirius Black. My daughter, seeing as Moony was my older brother only by a year. Days before Sirius, my husband, went to Azkaban I found out that I was pregnant

. I was going to tell him about it but the ministry took him away before I had the chance. She was now 11 turning 12, My brother and Tonks stayed with us while Sirius was gone, and the dog wouldn't leave Seren alone for 2 minutes unless she was in the bathroom, I tried to look for a collar, but there wasn't one. I eventually gave up and went to bed while Remus and Tonks were at their house as they always are at night, the dog was close to follow and slept at my side.

 I patted its head and gave him little head kisses, it got up and went to the part of the bed where I couldn't see him, and I then felt a shift in weight. The dog was gone and was now replaced with my husband, Sirius. He gets up and practically jumps on top of my body and cuddles me like that while we're both holding onto each other like we are each other's life-lines. About an hour passed and that's when I got a good look at the man I know and love, I could see his bones, which for him wasn't normal. 

I asked him about it then he explained they were feeding them once a week, and they were very small bits of food. He eventually got up and took a shower at like 2 am. I got up to make him food while he's in the shower, and hear loud music coming from my daughter's room, "sweetheart? Are you alright? '' I ask and open the door "y-yea mom i-im fine why wouldn't I be," she said shakily, and not very convincingly. 

I walked over and held her for a minute sitting on the ground while she cried into my shoulder "m-mom, I heard you talking to someone, did dad d-die?" she asked through tears, "no love, come on I'm making food. If your hungry" I ask, "y-yea let's go" she gets up as do I and we walk to the kitchen and make food.

 I'm facing her and cooking while her back is to the staircase, I see Sirius walk down I motion for him to be quiet, he does and just stands there admiring what he has. "Hey baby," I say cheerfully and Seren flips around almost falling over, "DAD!?" Seren yells and jumps over to him "hey munchkin" Sirius said, as he swung her around the dining area. 

She would not let him go while I made food she just stayed there, "here you two go" I handed them each a plate of pancakes. Seren finally got off of her dad so they could both eat, but then Sirius clung to me. He hugged me from behind and wouldn't let me go, even when he ate. 

Once they finished their food Seren went to bed and slept for the first time in a while. Sirius went to lay down for a minute while I showered. I came out of the bathroom to see him lying on the bed just looking around to see what changed since he left. "I kept it the same so I could always remember you even if you came back eventually," I said brushing my hair. 

He got up without a word and took the brush and started to brush and play with my hair. "Siri' what are you doing?" I questioned, "braiding your hair darling" he chuckled "you're lucky I love you," I say "that I am love, that I am," he says and kisses my cheek. We both walk over and go to bed, almost as my head hits the pillow I fell asleep, "goodnight puppy" he whispered in my ear as he pulled me into his body.
