Severus Snape x reader

I walked into the house "Severus" I called. No reply. "Baby" I called again. No answer. I walk upstairs to see nothing but a small note on our bedroom door. Dear y/n, I apologize if I am not home when you get back, it is Halloween and I am at 'her' grave, I should be home soon if I'm not already, Love Severus. Alright, he was at Lily and my brother's grave, I can deal with that. As I walk into the bedroom I see a black sweater of his and flowers.

 Maybe he hasn't gone out yet. 

Nope. 

Another note there too.

  This is for you my love, I know you lost your brother so I wanted to make it slightly easier to deal with today. In total honesty, I didn't care that my brother and his wife were gone, me the only Slytherin in merlin knows how long. It was always James this and James that, I was so happy to be out of that house, we kind of did a trade or switch me and Sirius did leave our houses and live with each other's families.

 Any-who, I heard the door open to hear my nephew's voice, Harry. "I'm home" he yells, I hear the t.v flick on and I go back downstairs to grab a vase for the black roses as well as the red and black Lillies. Ironically enough. "Harry dear, could you vacuum for me," I say, trying not to sound rude "of course" I walk over and kiss his head, as they are off from Hogwarts due to the pandemic and will return after the winter holiday.

 "Are you hungry" I question "not really, I ate at the Weasleys" my nephew or more like son chirps, "remind me to thank and pay that woman for taking care of you" I giggle as I walk over and look out the window for my fiance. He just rolls his eyes at me.

 I heard the door open and I saw my fiance before my head and feet caught up with each other, I threw myself into his arms. Thankfully, he caught me "someones happy to see me" he giggled and put me down with a kiss on my forehead. 

"I guess I am, it's just your always here when I get home and you weren't today so I didn't get my hugs and cuddles," I say and put on a pouty face "love dont be sad-" he's cut off by a vacuum turning on. I started to walk upstairs pulling Severus up with me. "Like i was saying, don't be sad, i'm here now darling" he said and kissed me, "and i need your help with the wedding sev" i say innocently "that's why you missed me" he said.

 The vacuum stopped and we went back downstairs to find Harry sitting at the table eating leftovers from mine and Severus' dinner from the night before. Once we got downstairs, and sat at the coffee table by the t.v we started to plan everything. "Auntie y/i(your initial), Hermione and Ginny want to know if they can help you with the dress and stuff like that" Harry said out of nowhere, "A few extra opinions would be nice" I giggled "i'll text them they can then" harry said looking back to his phone. Severus then looked at me with a smile. "Okay, Flowers....." I say and trail off. "Red and Black roses," He says with a small frown, "alright, Black Roses and Red Lilies," I say as he doesn't say a word and just kisses my cheek holding my hand in his.

 "Okay so....." This went on for a while. Once we finished we got up and decided it was time to go to sleep. I layed down and almost as I hit the bed, Sev' grabbed me and pulled me into his chest as we were both on our side facing each other. Even though fiance, I still get flustered whenever i'm close to him. 

My hands just stayed contently on his chest in a ball fiddling with my thumbs. I didn't say anything but lean up and kiss him. "What was that for darling?" he said, slightly smirking and chuckling. "For being able to handle me, and just existing".

 He leaned down and kissed me "and that's for loving me when your brother hated me, and you for that matter".I just giggled, "happy halloween sev" i said with a smile and shut eyes. "Happy halloween, Goodnight love" With that he kissed my forehead as we fell asleep in each others arms. The date is 'her' birthday... Jan30th.....
