Zemo started singing [Baa, Baa, Black Sheep] in front of little kids, he pulled out a bag of Turkish delight out of his pocket and place it on a stool were the children can grab it

"Turkish delight" Zemo said with a comforting smile for the kids

"Didn't his parents tell him to never take candy from a stranger" Bucky mumbled

"Especially a when the strangers a criminal" You replied

"It was always my son's favorite" Zemo added. A little girl grabbed a candy very slowly

"My old friend Donya passed away, did you know her?" Zemo questioned her she nodded

"Yes"

"I would like to pay my last respects. Do you know where her funeral will be?" Zemo asked and the little girl whispered in his ear.

"It's starting to feel like a dead end" Sam said walking to Bucky and you

"Cute kids" Zemo said walking to Bucky and you

"WELL I GOT NOTHIN'" Bucky said walking back into the house "No one's talking about Donya" He added

"Yeah it's because Karli is the only one fighting for them, and she's not wrong" Sam said sitting next to you

"What do you mean?" Bucky questioned

"For five years, people have been welcomed into countries that have kept them out using barbwire. There were houses and jobs, folks were happy to have people around to help them rebuild. It wasn't just one community coming together, it was the entire world coming together" Sam answered "And then boom, just like that it goes back to the way it used to be. To them at least Karli's doing something"

"You really think her ends justify her means? Then she's no different than him or anybody else we've fought" Bucky replied

"She's different, she's not motivated by the same things"

"Real people who want good change don't blow up refugee home, or take serums that make them feel powerful" You explained, Sam looked at you before looking at Zemo who had a tray of drinks

"The funeral is this afternoon"

"Leaving you to turn on me once we get to Karli" He nodded his head "I prefer to keep my leverage" he added. Bucky got out of his seat grabbing the glass in his hands and throwing it to the wall nearest to him.

"You wanna see what someone can do with leverage?"

"James!" You said getting up to pull him away from Zemo

"Take it easy, don't engage him. He's just gonna extort you and do that stupid head tilt thing" Sam warned "Let me make a call" he added walking away

"You want some cherry blossom tea?" Zemo asked

"No you go ahead" He answered walking away, he left you with Zemo.

"KARLI MORGANTHAU is too dangerous for you guys to be pulling this shit" John Walker said walking towards You, Sam, Bucky and Zemo

"Ah! How'd you find us now?" Bucky yelled

"Come one, you think two Avengers can walk around Latvia without drawing attention?" Lemar questioned

"No more keeping us in the dark. You can start by telling us wh you broke him out of prison" Walker said pointing to Zemo

"All we know is it's a memorial. So we're going to intercept her there"

"That means civilians, high risk of casualties" Lemar said

"All right good, we'll move fast. Take her by surprise"

"Look the person closest to her died, she's vulnerable. Now is the best time to reason with her. I'm going to talk to her....alone" Sam informed
