A/N- for the purpose of this story Jenna isn't dead.
I awoke 3 days later in the hospital. Elena, Jeremy and Jenna sat to my right and Caroline and Bonnie sat to my left. I tried to sit up but fell back down with a groan. Everywhere hurt like hell. "OH Y/N your awake! thank god" Jenna exclaimed as she gently took my hand and rubbed it. "There was a big black car and i-it came out of nowhere and hit my bike.... My bike where is it?" I said. "Uhm it cant be fixed i'm sorry Y/N" Bonnie said with a guilty look on her face. "Oh" Is all I had to say.
An hour later Jenna had to go to work and Jer had school. Bonnie Caroline and Elena stayed though and much to my distaste Stefan, Damon, Klaus, Elijah and Kol showed up. we all talked for around two hours and Caroline came over and pulled me into a gentle hug. "Hey uh not to ruin the moment or anything but i'm hungry." I said. Bonnie chuckled "Of course you are. Well go get some nuggets from McDonald's, the food here is disgusting." She said and with that her, Elena and Caroline left. This left me alone with the guys who claimed I was their 'mate'. There was an awkward silence and then they all came over and sat on my bed. Elijah was closest so he pulled me onto his lap and started stroking my head which I found extraordinarily weird. "Uh Dude seriously i'm not a cat you cant just stroke me its weird." I said. Damon chuckled.
"Shhhhhh" he muttered softly as he continued to stoke my head. I began to feel tired and closed my eyes.
~Caroline's Pov~
We walked back into Y/N's hospital room with the food and our eyes where graced with one of the cutest sights ever imaginable she was asleep across her mates with her head in Elijah's lap who was playing with her hair.

I grabbed my phone and took a couple of pictures for 2 reasons 1. Blackmail and 2. Memories. Damon gently shook her awake. She opened her eyes tiredly and saw how she was lying across them. She bolted upright and tried to move to the other side of the bed, her face was flushed with embarrassment. Klaus grabbed her and pulled her to him so she was sitting on is lap with here back on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and she attempted to escape. She realized it was pointless and gave up with huff of annoyance. "OMG you guys are adorable" I exclaimed excitedly. "No Caroline. Just no" she grumbled "Really darling, well i have to agree with Caroline over there" Kol said smirking.
~Your Pov~
"uhm so did you bring me food?" I asked. "Oh right here you go" Elena said passing me the bag. "Thanks" I said opening it. I had finished my food and after an our and a half Klaus finally let go. I shuffled away only to get caught by Kol who wrapped me in his arms not letting me leave. I attempted to free myself but again I failed. Eventually I drifted off too sleep.
~Time Skip, A week later~
Its been a week and i'm finally released from hospital. Bonnie was here to pick me up. She helped me climb into the car and drove to the boarding house. We walked into the the living room and headed for the couch that my sister and Caroline were currently on. I was within 5 steps of it when arms suddenly wrapped around my waist and lifted me into the air. I yelped in surprise as i was carried to the other couch that my 'mates ' were sitting on. (yeah i still don't believe that) Anyway i was plonked onto Damon's lap once he had sat down. "Its my turn" he said in my ear. His arms wrapped around my waist and i knew better than to try and escape after 3 failed attempts so i just made myself comfortable. then my phone started ringing.

Hey Y/N how are you? Oh hey Ty i'm good how are you? I'm great, i was just inviting you and your sister to the annual Lockwood masquerade ball on Tuesday. Oooo a ball i'll be there for sure Great save me a dance? Of course Ty Bye Y/N Bye Ty luv ya
I hung up. "Lena are you coming to the Lockwood ball on Tuesday?" I asked. She looked up "No i'm not Kathrine is going so everyone's going to trap her and kill her." she said. "Oh alright then." Damon released me so I jumped up and ran for the other couch but Stefan caught me and carried me back to his seat. I squirmed in his arms trying to free myself. "Put me down Bambi murder." I said in frustration. I just wanted to sit on a surface that wasn't a person. "Bambi killer. Really" he responded in amusement. He sat down and i continued trying to escape. Which by the way i very nearly did but he tightened his arms and growled "Stay" in my ear.
