Half an hour after being promoted to prince, Harry found himself in the dressing room with Liam and Niall, staring down at his newly issued character uniform. He would be the first one to wear it, the first Flynn at Disney World.

That was a heavy weight to dump on Harry’s shoulders after only a couple of weeks of working under the Mouse’s watchful eyes.

“Niall, just put it on,” Liam groaned, shaking the wig in front of Niall who stared at it in horror.

“Absolutely not, if I wanted brown hair I wouldn’t have died my precious locks,” he said, gripping at his hair, “Can’t we just say Prince Eric has blonde hair.”

“No,” Liam groaned, standing up and trying to shove the wig over Niall’s hair, “Niall, stop being an ass!”

“Ah, my new little Prince buddies,” Louis, said, shaking his head as he entered the room. Harry, who was standing by his own prince outfit, turned away from the boy, forcing himself to breath and not care that Louis was now here.

He had no reason to care, it was just Louis.

But he had every reason to care, because it was Louis.

A warm and rested on his shoulder, “Congratulations mate!” Louis’ chipper, almost singsong, voice left goosebumps on Harry’s arms. “Moving on up!”

“Yeah,” Harry said with as much enthusiasm as he could muster, forcing himself to turn around and look at Louis for the firt time, since their impromptu kiss last night. “It’s great.”

“See!” Liam cried, slapping Niall across the chest, “Harry’s not being a brat about it!”

“Harry doesn’t have to wear an itchy wig!”

“Niall Horan, I swear on your Mother’s grave-“

“Why do we have to bring me Mum into it?”

“Oi!” Louis yelled, turning to the bickering couple, “Love birds! Shut the fuck up. I get the afternoon off to train, and you spoil it with your bickering.”

Liam rolled his eyes and Niall huffed, crossing his arms and shaking off the wig that hung loosely from his head.

“Whatever,” Louis muttered, “I’m taking Harry-“

An arm wrapped around Harry’s shoulder and his heartbeat picked up to an uncomfortably fast beat, “And I’m going to teach him how to be a proper prince, before his debut at the light parade. So you two can either do the same, or get a room, but for now, we bid you ado.”

Louis tugged Harry’s shoulder forward and Harry met Liam’s eyes, his own wide and panicked. An afternoon alone with Louis was the last thing he needed right now. What he needed was the exact opposite.

“Maybe you could take Niall-” Liam started to suggest, but Louis continued out of the room, slamming the door shut and cutting Liam off mid sentence. He laughed and turned to Harry, who was having a difficult time even forcing a smile on his face for the sake of appearance.
