Third Person's P.O.V:
"Wh-Why?" She whispered, her voice heartbroken "Why did you h-hurt me?"
Axel's heart hardened "I told you, you come first"
"IT'S SICK AXEL, This tho-thought..it's sick, you took it away, you took what I've always wanted ba-back away" A quiet sob like sound left her lips causing Axel's heart to ache.
"Sky..." He put his hand on her cheek but she just shook her head violently
"NO, get off, GET OFF GET OFF GET OFF"
"Darling, listen to me" He just held her face firmer, and wiped her wet eyes with his thumbs as she kept repeating the same words.
"Listen to me, Skylar, they were going to torture you, themselves"
"YOU SENT LU-LUCIEN THERE....Luci-I'll never....he"-
"I did" Axel swallowed a lump in his throat.
"He's my fa-family"
"And you are mine"
"You...I...No...I hate you" She looked at him "I hate you so much"
"You told me I come first" Axel masked his hurt before continuing "That you loved me more than Lucien"
"That didn't mean I didn't love him!"
Axel closed his eyes "You need to understand"
"No" Skylar shook her head "No, I hate you, you bastard!"
"I wish I never met you"
"WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO HUH?" Axel snapped "LET YOU DIE? YOU ARE THE MOST SELFISH PERSON I KNOW"
"HOW AM I? YOU JUST SENT"--
"YOU'RE MY FAMILY, YOU'VE BEEN MY SISTER, I NEVER HAD A FAMILY UNTIL YOU AND HE JUST LEAVES YOU ON YOUR OWN, YOUR LIFE TURNS INTO THIS FUCK-FUCKING MESS, AND YOU STILL CHOOSE HIM!"
"IT'S NOT A GAME, AXEL, IT'S NOT A CHOICE, YOU'RE MY BROTHER, HE'S MY BROTHER, THAT'S JUST HOW IT WORKS....He trusted you, Axel, I trusted you"
"I"- He used the back of his sleeve to wipe his own face "You're home for me, Sky, I just"--
"Wanted to protect me? It's my fault in that category, I shouldn't have been so pulled at the idea of revenge" Skylar's mind started to clear as she spoke "We can save him Axel, we can save but I need your help"
"I don't want you to get hurt"
"I know, I don't want him too either, not on my account, please untie me" Skylar looked at him with her bloodshot eyes.
Axel looked conflicted but slowly started untying her.
"I won't let him die"

Skylar didn't know whether Axel would keep with his word or not, whether she should trust him or not but it didn't matter as soon as they got in the warehouse.
She was simply going to have to trust him, there was no way out of taking this risk.
Not caring whether they were seen on the CCTV cameras, they entered, the people would know anyways.
This way there might be a bit of a fuss too, giving Lucien a little more time.
"Take the left" They fired blindly through the men, pushing to go to the room in the back
The bullets pierced through the other workers' bodies as they shot and dodged the bullets coming their way.
"Barley right elbow" Axel said noticing the man aiming and Skylar quickly shot him dead in the eyes while being careful of the others present, quickly most of them, correction, all of them were on the ground dead.
"This was easier than it should have been" Skylar said and Axel nodded pulling her behind him,
"That's why we need to stay careful." Skylar's breath hitched at the touched, and he tensed at the reaction.
He really didn't mean for this to happen.
He just wanted to protect her.
Was it so wrong to want to protect his family?
Someone he loved?
"Luc?" She whispered slowly cutting out the wires as they entered the room.
"Hurry"
"I'm trying" She snapped making him stifle a groan, as she helped him up.
He picked Lucien up.
"Axel"-
"Shut up, Skylar, better chances of escaping if I take him" Axel sighed making her glare at him but nod with a small groan as they jogged out.
"Put him in the back" She opened the door and he nodded putting him in the back seat when he heard saw a movement near the staircase to the warehouse and quickly grabbed Skylar holding her to his chest as a bullet pierced through his jacket into his back.
Skylar's blood ran cold as she heard the bullets.
"No" She whispered pulling away and quickly shot the man dead.
"No no no no no no" She shook her head as tears fell down her face.
"I"--
"Do not leave me" She cried looking at Axel who coughed up blood against her shoulder.
"I'm sorry" He said and she shook her head, tears down her face.
"Come on, Axxy, come on" She slapped him lightly when he closed his eyes "Get up, get up!"
"I'll save" He coughed up "you a star"
"Shut u-up" She pulled his body close.
He wrapped his arms around her too.
"The Blacks mus-must be o-on their way, you gotta run"
Both of them knew the poison was already in, nothing would help him.
"Pl-please Ax-Axxy" She choked out to his chest, as he closed his eyes, summoning all the strength, pulling her close.
"Yo-you are my sunshine" Her sobs grew louder at the sound of his voice. "My only sun-sunshine"
He sang it to her every night when they were kids.
"Ax-Axel N-no"--
"You ma-make me happy when skies are gre-grey"
"AXEL, let me- help goddamni-goddamnit"
"You-You'll never kn-know dear, how mu-much I lov-love you"
"Pleas-Please don't lea-leave me"
He closed his eyes, feeling his body give in as he dipped his head to kiss her forehead.
"Pl-please don-don't tak-take m-my sun-sunsh-sunshine awa-away"
