20 year-old  male Na Jaemin, was found dead in his room, bloodied flowers surrounding him. He was taken to the hospital shortly after, where they found flowers growing inside his lungs. "The boy could have been saved if he had taken the surgery earlier. The flowers had punctured through his lungs and stopped his heart from functioning properly, he had probably died a slow painful death. I can only imagine how much pain the poor boy went through", head of the Seoul National Hospital, Dr.Kim says.

The following footage shows his mother and friends, in his room, where Jaemin was last found. They had found a Diary he had kept, and what he wrote in there was very saddening.

The last thing Jaemin had written in his Diary was, quote "Dear Diary...This is the last time I write on here. The last time anyone will see me alive. I'm going to die today. I can feel it. The pain became worse, I began throwing up loads of flowers and blood. I'm sorry Diary, my best friend, I'm sorry mom, I'm sorry Renjun, I'm sorry Haechan, I'm sorry Sungchan, I'm sorry Doyoung, I'm sorry Jeno. I'm sorry everyone I had to leave so soon, but for my sake, please forget I ever existed, continue living your life without mourning over me.Where's my happy ending? I love you all...Love.... Jaemin..".

The 20 year-old's mother was seen as shown here crying as she read her son's Diary. His other friends were equally as sad, at the sight of losing their best friend. This sight was so saddening, we could only show a few parts.

"My son..! THAT'S MY SON! My Jaemin is gone...GONE!"

"I want my son back! Give me back my son! He doesn't deserve this...!"

"We're sorry Jaemin...we're sorry we hadn't known about this...
