While Ino was busy making perfect flower crowns next to me.

'So much for peace... ' Y/n mentally deadpanned at the interruption

Before Ino could finish,
The sound of someone sobbing reached both of their ears

"Y/n, Let's go check it out!"

"What will you do if that's a ghost?"
Y/n asked, knowing well her flower girl-friend's a total coward when faced with paranormal stuff,

She found this out multiple times whenever Ino came to their compound to have a sleep-over, so no one can tell her otherwise,

Ino was Behind Y/n, looking like she was using her as a shield in case a ghost does appear, which is in fact- the truth.

Y/n thought, debating whether she'll cry or laugh.

After the two took a few more steps, a pink-headed kid came into their view.

She was sobbing, trying to wipe away her tears as she sat under a tree.

Ino, who was behind Y/n a few seconds ago, walked up to Sakura.

Y/n simply watched as Ino comforted little Sakura in her way.
Tying a headband around her hair that prevented her bangs from falling on her forehead, a part she was deeply insecure about if it weren't for Ino.

The two characters were getting along beautifully, just like their relationship in the original plot that Y/n was about to fuck up.

"Y/n this is Sakura, and Sakura this is Y/n, My best friend! so from now on we three are all best friends! okay??"

Y/n simply nodded and smiled.

Just smile and nod.

Sakura's face brightened up at the declaration, happiness filling up her heart just by the two beautiful girls in front of her, that didn't fail to bring a wide smile to her face.

Y/n walked towards her and placed a light green flower crown on her head,
"You worth so much, that people are blessed to have you, Sakura."

"Hey, what about me, Y/n?:(" Ino interjected, giving Y/n the Babe-this-moment-is-cute-but-what-about-me?-🙁

"You're...(what you think about Ino)"
Y/n said with a straight face.

"Was that sincere or is that a joke?😐" Ino asked, getting set off by the straight face.

After a few seconds, Ino just sighed and brushed it off, bringing Y/n and Sakura in a group hug.

Ino taught her friends how to make a flower crown since they had nothing better to do at the moment, Sakura had mastered it after the fifth try

While Y/n was having a bit of trouble since the roots were getting on too many knots, and some were getting ripped off.

Ino laughed at her failed attempts, while Sakura tried to properly demonstrate the proper way.

Y/n mastered it by her eleventh try,
and only then did Y/n realize how small Sakura's hands were.

Not that she's one to talk, but it still looked adorable.

By this time, Keido came to pick Y/n up, cutting the trio's quality time together,

But it was only Y/n that left, so Ino and Sakura were still hanging out with each other,

seems like they were talking about fun things based on how wide their smiles are

Keido chuckled and smiled,

and there on, we went home in peace and happiness
