New Years Eve
**Kells POV**

"Dallas!?" I heard Luke yell he didn't sound happy.
"Hes with me in the playroom Luke!" I yelled back. Dallas hid behind me as I cleaned up the popcorn they spilled from their movie earlier and didn't tell me.

He was hiding like he did something wrong. Which is typical for him anymore.

The twins just turned 6 years old. They are in Kindergarten. Bo is 11 years old and is in sixth grade, while Tate is 9 and is in fourth grade. Til is 18 and is a freshmen in college. Kris is 21 and is a junior in college, and Jordan is 24 and engaged to one of the sweetest guys ever.

Luke came storming in.

"Dallas!" He yelled holding his guitar up with the strings cut. I was in shock.
"It wasnt me dad it was Savannah!" He said cowering behind me.
"Yeah right." Luke said.

I love both of them the same. BUT Savannah could get away with murder with Luke. Now I see why John would get so mad at me.

"Thomas ever think it was Savannah!" I said picking Dallas up.
"Never!" He said.

"Dallas sweetie did you do it?" I asked him.
"Yeah but momma Savannah told me it would be okay!" He said upset.
"Dallas sweetie you knew that wasn't okay even if your sister did tell you it was."

He jumped down and stormed off crying. I heard Savannah giggling. I looked at Luke.

"Luke!?" I yelled.
"What??" He yelled back.
"She's laughing at him!" I said furious.
"She's not, are you sweetie??" Luke said to her.
"No daddy." She said looking up at him batting her eyes.

I rolled my eyes.

"Savannah why don't you go clean your room up." I said.
"But I want to play more!" She said whining.
"10 more minutes sweetie." Luke said to her.
"Thomas!" I said he always gave her what she wanted. She gave me a smirk.
"She's fine Kells they are staying up anyways." He said.

It was only 5pm. Him and I were staying in with the kids this year. Til and Kris were home. Jordan was with her fiancé's family.

I leaned against the couch. I was exhausted. And honestly I missed my husband so much. One of us was always running.

Bo played basketball and baseball. I always took him to basketball and then when Luke was home during baseball season in the fall he took him. He was starting a travel basketball team this summer.

Tate did baseball too, he did spring ball though. In the summer he had soccer.

Til of course played football and baseball at college.

Kris was a cheerleader, and did track.

Then Dallas was in hockey which took up so much time.

Savannah did dance, and gymnastics.

Seriously whenever Luke wasn't on the road we still didn't see each other. I was still coaching at GSU. We only saw each other alone at bedtime and that's when I rewatch my games and then he does all of his media stuff. He was doing idol so was gone even more than normal. He had his record label. He still does buck commander, he's opened up a restaurant and bar in Nashville. This year he's releasing his own beer called "Two Lanes" I couldn't even remember the last time we had a date night that wasn't an awards show and I didn't count that because he was working. I haven't been on the road alone with him since before the twins were 3. As for our love life, it was always a quickie in the shower, or maybe in the bed if we got lucky to wake up before the kids.
