The room was dimly lit, with the only light coming from a small TV, which was replaying the same news story over and over again. Images of police sketch artists' version of Strengtman and Speedman repeadly flashed across the screen, as well as some slut in a red dress and three ugly thugs. From the shadows a man could just barely be seen, staring at the screen. "Hmph. Our old friends seemed to have gained..." he paused. "Superpowers? I could only wonder how." He let out a chuckle. "But just to be safe, let us investigate. We don't want any mistakes to happen once we duplicate their actions."

A smaller man stepped forward, now also just barely visible. "A-are you sure that's wise? We could die, we could reveal ourselves, we could..." The larger of the two raised a finger to silence him. "Science, my friend, is the answer. If we duplicate the results exactly, we will not only survive, but thrive, just as they have. Then we can finish what we started those many years ago."

The smaller man stepped back as the larger man chuckled. That chuckle soon turned into an evil laugh, one worthy of evil music to be played in the background. "Soon enough we will expose ourselves. That is no worry of mine. When we do though, it needs to be moments before they die. I want their last thoughts to be of me." He looked behind him, presumably toward the smaller man. "It is no secret that it was something to do with the shock. We will go to that house, and investigate on our own. See if there was anything else that could have been the cause of this. Then," he looked at the image of Strengthman and Speedman on his TV. "We kill them."

Jacob sipped his beer and smiled at the news report. Since he saved that woman one week ago, he saved several other people from assults, and even a bank from being robbed. He was beyond proud. So, he decided to take the day off from work, and see Kiera. Sam came into the room, and when Jacob divolged his plans, Sam wasn't happy.

"Work is great, being heroes are better, why would we stop the momentum?" Jacob sighed, and took a sip of the beer. Sam was standing across from him, a frustrated look on his face. "Sam, you know how I feel about her. One day off is all I ask. She has been lonely. We've been unstoppable, both as heroes and as electricians. I want one day alone with her."

Sam could see the sexual desperation in his eyes, so now it was Sam's turn to sigh. "Fine, but if I get fucked up out there, guess who's head it's on?" Jacob smiled, grabbed his coat, and left. Sam watched the door close behind him. "Fucking cock didn't even say goodbye."

Several hours later, After a romantic lunch, fufilling time spent together, and way too much flirting, Jacob took the young, model looking brunette back to her place, where they cuddled on the couch like 8th grade couples who still say they are "boyfriend girlfriend" instead of saying they "date".

After a romantic, copyrighted movie, the two begain making out frantically on the couch. Things were getting funky, when Jacob stopped. "You know," he said as the stunning chick underneath him bit her lip. "Sam, Arron and Denzel were asking about us." Kiera looked curious. "What for?" Jacob then replied "they wanted to know what we were labeling ourselves as."

Kiera sat up, and Jacob laied next to her. "You know I don't like labels," She replied. Jacob jumped in before she could finish her thought, "I know, hun. Trust me, I do. But I don't know if this is serious or friends with benifits."

She turned to him, fixing the strap on her black, short skirt dress. "What does it matter, you know I care for you." Jacob's face got serious. "I love you, Kiera. Now look me in the eyes and say it to me." Kiera opened her mouth to say something, but just couldn't seem to get the words out as she found herself lost in his milky bown eyes. Jacob shook his head. "Figures." He got up, collected his shoes and jacket, and said, "I better get going." Kiera lept up, said "No, wait!" But the man she fought hard to find walked right out the front door. I don't know why Jacob just didn't wait until after he busted a nut in her to say something, but he did. Now there is going to be a dumb fucking side-story about two sexually frustered fucks who act like damn twelve year olds around each other.
