It's late. I can't sleep. I'm staring at the ceiling of my personal prison wishing I was anywhere but this inside these reinforced steel walls.

BANG. BANG. BANG.

I hear guards fighting. Lights flashing from the quarter inch gap underneath my door. I am petrified. Is this sweet release I was searching for? Or will whatever is awaiting me be worse than the hell I am trapped in?
    I wish I knew...

The door gets blasted off its hinges.

"Who are you?" I say, curiously. "Are you here to kill me?"
"We don't kill people, kid," the man said. "Do you know who we are?"
    "Should I have?"
"If you've been stuck in Alcatraz here, then I guess not," the metal-man spoke.
"I am Steve Rodgers. This is Tony Stark, also known as Iron man."

"I prefer billionaire, playboy, philanthropist."

HYDRA always told me that self-proclaimed 'heroes' from a vigilante group called the Avengers would try to kill me. I suppose this is the day.

I create a sphere of energy in my hands & they draw their weapons.

"Get out of my way & I won't kill you." I say out of breath.

The metal man lowers his blasters- I assume he is the one who shot the door down.
"Kid it's okay, we aren't here to hurt you. We came to get you out."
    "Get me out?" I'm curious.
"What do you know about us?" Tony said.
"They told me you are a weapons dealer that hurts people and has self esteems issues so you overcompensate with humor," I point to Steve. "And they said you are an American nationalist with a victim complex spreading military propaganda."
"You may or may not have hit the nail on the head kid."
Captain America asks, "Do you have a name?"
    "They call me Subject A-3212."
"How do you feel about the name A?" Steve suggests.
    "No objections yet."

Weirdly enough, I didn't feel threatened by these people. Obviously I would keep my distance, but they seem kind.

Suddenly, exhaustion took over my body as my powers grew out of control. I began to fall unconscious. The black energy emanating from my hands grew. The 2 men braced themselves. It became clear that I lacked control when I yelled out in agony. Before I passed out, I manage to make out 2 simple words.

    "Help me."
