I woke up in a hospital bed- whatever room this was, I was not familiar with it. I look around my surroundings and I noticed I was completely alone. It looked like a cell. I heard someone come in.

"Kid?"

I looked up to see Tony.

"Tony can you get me out of here? I don't like this room." Too similar to my HYDRA days.

"We'll get you out as soon as I finish the necklace I'm making to stop your abilities."

"Did you see the photos?"

"I did."

"Tony, I can't go back to that school."

"You don't have a choice."

You don't have a choice. Seems like I don't have a choice when it comes to anything. 

"Is Pietro here?"

"He was here earlier, but he left a few minutes ago."

"No, I can find him later."

Tony began walking out of the room. "Tony?"

"What?"

"I'm sorry."

"I know."

Hours later, Tony and Bruce finished creating the power-dampening necklace. I put it on. The gold chain had a piece of vibranium that looked like a diamond. I tried to form energy in my hand, but it didn't work.

"It isn't working."

"Good. It isn't support to work. After some testing, we discovered that vibranium halts your powers."

"Oh."

I was finally able to leave the containment room. I tried looking for Pietro to thank him, but he was nowhere to be found. 

"Hey Wands, have you seen Pietro?"

"He was just here, I guess he sped off."

I walked up to the rooftop to think. I brought a blanket with me so I could lay down and watch the stars. Call me corny, but I like it. Before I was able to sit, I decided to stand on the ledge and look down at the world below my feet. Next thing I know, I was thrown onto the rocks on the roof.

"What the fuck?" I yelled, rubbing my hands that were now bleeding. 

"Were you going to jump?"

"No you moron, I wasn't going to jump." I looked up and it was Pietro.

"Why were you standing on the ledge?"

"I was just looking. Why the fuck did you help me at the party & not stick around? The fuck is your problem?"

He walked away. He fucking walked away. Goddamnit.

I laid down on my blanket and I fell asleep watching the night sky.
