"Oh shit!"

The oldest smacked the duck by the shoulder for cursing in front of the younger members. The maknaes didn't know what to do, laugh because of how Yena reacted or grieve because of the news.

Yena pouted as she rubbed the part where Eunbi smacked. Some were already laughing although the rest were already in the verge of crying as they held onto each other, "Why would we still be surprised about this?" Yujin told with a questioning expression.

"Ask Yena, she was the only one who was surprised enough to curse when Eunbi eonni is just around," Hyewon shrugged. The duck pouted at her fellow '99 liner.

"I got used to cursing when surprised! Don't kill me, I beg you," Eunbi intently stared down at the duck who was begging for her life. "I love this family, to be honest. We still get to act normal despite the fact that we are literally disbanding tomorrow." The youngest exclaimed as she earned nods of agreement from the other girls.

"Of course you love us. We're already like your parents, I mean for two years and a half only." Nako wrapped her ˢʰᵒʳᵗ arms around Y/N's torso, the youngest then snaked her arms around the older girl's neck.

After some few minutes of silence, tears came sliding down Y/N's cheeks as the sound of her sobbing can be heard around the room.

Everyone panicked seeing the youngest cry especially when they didn't know the reason behind it. Nako, who was beside Y/N, was the one who panicked the most. Of course she was beside her and she maybe did something unbeknownst to her.

"Why the fuck is she crying? Nako what did you do- ouch hey!"

A flying slipper had hit Yena on the head, once again rubbing the part where it hurt. Eunbi did that for her cursing again and for blaming her baby.

Y/N's legitimate parents in the group aka 2Kim, came rushing to their daughter as they pulled her in for a hug. The two soothe her down until she finally stopped crying.

"I don't want to go solo yet. I still want to be IZ*ONE for more years, I don't even know what to do if I won't have you guys by my side," she sobbed. Tears drawing down her cheeks, soaking Minju's hoodie.

Chaewon caressed the youngest's hair in a comforting way, attempting to make Y/N stop crying. "And...and the Japanese members are leaving to go back to Japan and continue their career, all of that will happen tomorrow. I don't want you guys to leave."

Y/N eventually came rushing back to Nako's arms as she continued to cry, the others were also in the verge of crying upon hearing her words.

It was true, they'll continue their journey on their own separate paths. They've talked about this before in order to not worry about that much however, they just couldn't help but be sad about the idea of separating.

"Don't cry, Y/NN. It's going to be alright. No matter how far we are, we'll always be in each other's hearts. And! Video calls are a thing," Hitomi smiled in reassurance although tears were streaming down her face. She was sad but she needs to keep a positive and bright look in front of the youngest who looks so vulnerable at the moment.

That statement rest assured Y/N, although that won't last but at least she got a tiny bit of hope. It's better than nothing.

"Alright, but...we'll see each other again...personally, right?"

"Of course! We'll come visit you guys here, we can't simply turn you down. You know that, maknae."

Sakura pulled the girl in her arms, giving her a warm and loving hug. Soon enough, they've piled up like pillows as they had a group hug.

It was fun while it lasted.

"Okay so, do you have your passport ready?"

Chaeyeon asked the three Japanese girls. It was the day of their departure and assigned date of their disbandment.

Jline nodded their heads, showing Chaeyeon their passports as a proof. Y/N was up, early as always, she helped the three girls pack while Chaeyeon cooked breakfast.

The other girls were still sound asleep, getting as much energy as they could for another crying session in a while.

"You guys are all set. I just informed manager-nim that you'll be down in a minute," Chaeyeon fixed Nako's bangs as she proudly stared at her, "It was fun taking care of you, I hope we see each other again."

The short girl dramatically sniffed as she tackled the older girl in a bone-crushing hug. Chaeyeon patted Nako's head, giving her a kiss on the forehead like a mother would do to her child.

Chaeyeon walked towards Hitomi, giving her a bag of loaf. "It's gluten free and no garlic, no need to worry about stomach aches while on air," she smiled sheepishly. The girl with chubby cheeks chuckled whilst thanking the older girl as they hugged.

"Take care of yourself, okay?" she reminded before walking in front Sakura. "I'll buy you new sets of games, as promised." Sakura playfully punched the younger by the shoulders before pulling her in to a long hug, "I'm going to miss you, dork."

"I will, too, crackhead."

Y/N came running to the two, like a kid who also wants attention from her parents. The four girls in the living room once again spared some time to hug for one last time.

"Count me in!"

Yuri ran towards them, joining the cuddling session as the other girls came out their bedrooms one by one, eventually joining them with the hugs.

It lasted for almost half an hour. They got interrupted when their manager came knocking on the door, a sign it's already time for goodbyes.

"Take care and be safe, kiddies!"

Eunbi yelled, waving goodbye to the three as she wiped her tears away. Hyewon was always there to comfort their leader.

They gave the Jline some gifts for their families as souvenirs, it would also act as a remembrance of them.

At noon, they also packed their things. Getting ready to leave their dorm that holds so many memories of them together. It was too memorable to forget.

Yuri decided to come back to her hometown for a while, taking a rest as she spends time with her family after what felt like forever.

The others decided to continue on with their job in their respective companies like Eunbi and Chaewon did. Although some doesn't have any assigned schedules yet, having fun on their free time.

As for Y/N, like what she wanted, she signed a contract with YG as an actress. She decided to work in YG as her sister also works there, she thought that it would be fun working in the same company with her.

It wasn't as bad as Y/N thought. The girls still kept in touch with each other despite with their own businesses, still spared some time to hangout with each other like the old days.

Even though the girls were not physically together, their bond still stands strong despite all the hardships they have encountered together. As long as they got each other, everything is possible.

In this parallel universe, we'll make each other stay. Our time will always be forever.
