Octavia was just wondering the realm of Hell for errands alone for the first time, until she finds a Hell-Hound. Later on, they go on adventures as the two become best friends.

Everything was still between the Hellhound and the imp.
Blitzø started to walk towards the female Hellhound. He stopped and took a deep breath in and out.
"Hi, Looney-" he said until he was pulled by his left and pulled onto Loona's right shoulder. Her face still shocked. "Uh... Looney?" He asked.
Loona kept her blank face, until it started cringing as tears started to break through. First the sniffles, and then...
"D.... D... D-Dad!" She said as she started crying on his shoulder. "I... I thought I lost you!" Loona said and went back to crying
Blitzø started to gently pat his daughter's back.

"Well, I'm not!" She said with a raised voice as she pulled herself off of him. "First, Moxxie and Millie text me saying you were shot and said you were probably dead, then they told me that you were taken hostage and I thought Martha and her followers were tormenting you until they decided to kill you," she explained. Her mouth then started quivering, placed her head back in his shoulder and went back to sobbing into his suit.
"Well, you don't have to worry anymore. I'm here now," he told her in hopes of calming her down - which, of course, obviously worked... a little.
Loona pulls back again and starts to wipe the seemingly never-ending tears with her fingers that wash the mascara over her face.
"Why... Why are you comforting me? You shouldn't. You make it so that I have the best life ever and I don't even give a damn for all you've done for me. What kind of person does that? You should be mad at me. Why are you doing this? Especially, for a stupid, mean b***h like me who treats you like shi-!" She said in a slow then rapid pace with her eyes resting on the bottom of her palms until she was interrupted.
"Woah, woah, woah!" Blitzø said with her hands up in front of his face. "Don't you ever call yourself that. You hear me? So what if you act all... "goth-like" from time to time, and you went through a lot in the living world just to find me. So, in this case, I am SO happy to be your father," he said and then pulled her in for another hug as Loona continues to sob for a little. Little did he know that while he was hugging her with his eyes closed, Loona started to calm down a little and started to smile; happy to be within her imp father's grasp once again.

After reuniting, the Hellhound and her imp father went shopping to buy new clothes at Stylish Occult. Blitzø had an idea of what Loona could wear until her signature style of clothes was fixed. Loona, however, didn't like his choice and started growling.
