Summary: Every time you visit Javier at work, his coworkers love to tease him.

Javier never wanted to get married. He didn't want a family.

That is until he met you.

A gorgeous being who was sent for him.

You were kind, funny, and incredibly beautiful. Javier couldn't deny his attachment to you was immediate. And you liked him too. Even though you knew about his past. Your love was greater than that. With a simple smile of his, you could forget all your worries.

Javier asked you to marry him only after a few months of dating. He just knew that you were the one, and he wanted you to be only his.

The two of you got married, it was a small wedding, and barely anyone knew about it. But the picture of the two of you from that day hung in the living room and Javier loved staring at it.

You loved being his wife, even if he wasn't with you during his long days of work, it was all worth it when you woke up in the morning in his arms, and you knew that as soon as he catches Escobar, you would have your husband's full attention.

Until then, you enjoyed the time you had together. Or when you visited him in the office. You often brought cookies for the other guys, they would say something in Spanish which you couldn't quite catch due to them being so quick.

They often referred to you as Javier's Perfect Little Wife. And they didn't mean it in a bad way.

Your baking took them off of their feet.

And this was no different from the other days.

Murphy informed you that Javi was out but he would be back, so you decided to wait for him and the others entertained you. The topic of the day was your age difference.

Yes, Javier was older than you, and not by a little.

"So what? Are you jealous?" was Javier's reaction every time someone brought the topic up. Truth was that Javier often forgot about your age, only on your birthday was he reminded. But since you were a mature woman, he didn't see the problem.

And so, there you sat in the office, talking with the others, laughing and smiling.

Only when Claudia Messina told them to get back to work were they able to. You offered her a smile and some sweets, which she appreciated.

"Here he is." said Murphy as Javier walked in.

"Javi! Hi." you said as you watched your husband with his pink shirt on.

"Hermosa, what are you doing here?" he asked, he wasn't mad, he was extremely happy to see you, but he could feel the teasing from the others coming up as soon as you leave.

"I missed you. And the others, so I stopped by, brought some sweets."

"You shouldn't have. Let's talk outside." he said as he grabbed your hand and walked out with you.

"I hope you are not angry. I only meant to stop by for a few minutes, but you weren't here so I decided to wait."

"Angry? The only thing I'm angry about is not being able to bend you over my table, you look stunning in this dress." he said as his hand roamed your back.

"Thank you. But I don't think your boss would appreciate that, I also have an appointment with my hairdresser, so I should probably leave soon," you said leaning in to give him a kiss, which he gladly appreciated.

"See you at home," you said before turning around, saying goodbyes to the others, and heading to your appointment.

Javier still needed a good minute to collect himself, he was smiling too much. He loved how considerate you were and he loved it when you visited him at work.

As he entered the office once again the others started making whistling noises and clapped.

"Don't you have work to do?" he asked before he sat at his desk.

"I missed you Javi." he heard one of the guys mocking your voice, but he knew it wasn't to make a joke out of you, no.

It was them teasing him and him only.

They knew better than to be like that towards you, especially since they loved your chocolate chip muffins so much.

As the others laughed, he smiled himself, after all, it was all in good fun.

He was just glad that he married an amazing woman like you.

His perfect little wife.
