chapter 4

y/n pov

I wake up because of Niki shouting Wilbur's name while I'm still laying on the couch.
How long did I sleep? I check the time and see it's already 3 pm. I can't remember the last time I slept more than 2 hours in a row without waking up.

"y/n! I missed you!" Wilbur shouts while walking towards me and leaning into a hug.
"and congrats on your graduation" thanks I answer.

Seconds after that Niki begins to talk:

"so uhm y/n me and Wilbur have to go to my room real quick to set everything up for the stream tonight and we'll be back in 20 minutes I guess"

"Sure I'll wait here" I answer confused while watching them go upstairs and into Niki's room.

Why do they have to set up the things now? The stream is tonight and why do they have to set up things at all it's not the first time Wilbur and Niki are streaming together. That all doesn't make any sense.

"I'm just overthinking again" I say to myself "it's just a normal stream like Niki always does them... right?"

I shake my head to stop myself from overthinking even more and walk to the kitchen to grab the raspberries I bought earlier.

I should stop thinking about the fact that later I will be in the same room as them while they're streaming. It doesn't mean anything. They just don't want me to be alone that's it. I will sit there and won't make any noise.

I scroll through TikTok while Niki and Wilbur are upstairs.

Niki pov

I instantly close the door of my room after me and Wilbur enter it.

"Wilbur this is a bad idea, she will hate me forever, she will never speak to me again, I know that only the thought about actually talking to people is horrible for her, I'm a bad sister, I-"

I got cut off by Wilbur hugging me and telling me with his calm voice:

"Everything will be alright, you are an amazing sister and you just want to help her, she will understand that, stop thinking about all the bad stuff that could happen and start thinking about how happy she will be if our plan works out."

"Thank you for being here and being my best friend. I would not know what to do without you." I say still hugging him.

After a while, we let go and just smile at each other. We decide to go down again where we see y/n with her phone and some raspberries in the kitchen.

She looks up at us

"Is everything alright?" she asks.

"Yeah, everything is fine. Wanna watch the new movie now?" I ask her although I already know she's gonna say yes.

"Hell yes I thought you never gonna ask" she shouts.

Seconds later she already sits on the couch and turns the TV on.

Wilbur and I follow her and sit down next to her.

After about 2 hours we finished the movie and to be honest I didn't like it at all but I think Wilbur and y/n enjoyed it. They have quite a similar humor and couldn't stop laughing.

We all start to check our phones and it's dead silent.

Suddenly y/n started talking out of nowhere:

"I'm hungryyyyyy can we please order something pleaseeee?"

I instantly start laughing. She said that in her baby voice she always uses if she wants something but now that I think about it I'm actually hungry too.

"Yeah what do you want?" I asked her

"Pizza" y/n and Wilbur shout collectively.

"I guess it's Pizza then" I said with a smile on my face.

The last time I had Pizza was only yesterday but Pizza is something you can always eat.

We have to wait 60 minutes I said after I ordered. Wilbur and y/n nod and we all get back on our phones.

y/n pov

Time passes and then there is a knock on the door. Niki stands up, opens the door and takes the Pizza.
I can see that it's the same delivery man we have since we moved in.

We all went to the table and begin to eat. This weird silence is in the air. I know sometimes is about to happen and it's not what I think it is.
Or is it just because I will be next to them while they stream later? I can see that Niki is nervous. She normally never is nervous. Something will happen I can feel that. I'm scared. Should I just say no to join them later and spent the evening alone?

"y/n?
y/nnnn??
earth to y/n on which planet are you rn?"
I hear Wilbur say

He and Niki are looking and me and can control their laugh anymore.

"Omg finally we tried to talk to you for the last 5 minutes but you were just on Mars or something" Will declared still laughing.

"uhm yeah sorry just had some thoughts" I answered embarrassed

"well anyways we should go in my room now and start with the among us stream the others are waiting" Niki said

I grab my phone and follow Will and Niki upstairs.
Niki takes her seat in front of her gaming pc and Will across from her with his laptop so they don't see each other screens.
I sit down on a chair next to Niki in a position the cam doesn't capture me.

"Okay we can start now" Niki says facing me.
"Don't be nervous just be quiet and everything will be okay and if you need something just message me or Will okay?" she adds.

"Yeah, I guess so" I answer.

I know I have no need to be nervous cause I don't have to say a word and I will just sit there and nobody will know I'm here but I'm nervous anyway.

"Okay Will and me will join the discord call now, you ready?" Niki asks

I just nod. I'm too nervous to say a word.
Seconds after my nod I hear some discord sound.
Oh no, they just joined now there's no going back anymore.
I'm stuck with them until the end.

Please let everything go right.
Please.
