Tony leave a party in Europe because he's bored by all of that. But he didn't think he will find a mermaid. and that this woman is what he search all along.
A/N: sorry it took me a little longer to do this chapter but i was preparing some stuff for Tony's birthday in parallel and i didn't have much time to do it 😅 -----
"What are you doing little sister?" A feminine, frightening voice made Y/N quickly open her eyes. "Where are you?" Y/N asked, knowing full well who she was dealing with.

At that moment, three mermaids came out of the water. They looked like Y/N because they also had a fish tail and beautiful hair, but they had in their look and expression a coldness that transmitted only hatred and jealousy.
Most mermaids these days were like that. It was one of the things that made Y/N leave this world.
"How did you find me...?" "You know we can feel it when you live strong emotions." Y/N knew that as soon as her tail glowed her sisters could feel it. But she couldn't help but feel the way she felt about Tony. Since she met him, she just wanted to be with him every moment.
"What do you want?" She asked in a neutral tone, knowing full well the answer. "Mermaids can not mix with humans. They have been our enemies since the beginning of time."
Y/N rolled her eyes. She had heard this before throughout her youth. "Not Tony."
"If you go near this human again, you are banned. You will never have our support again."
"Tony has given me more in a few months than you have in my entire life. With him I learned what support, kindness and love is. He's the best person I know... and I love him."
The evil mermaid laughed. "He can't love you back. And you know that without love in return you will die." "That's a risk I'm willing to take.
"We won't let you betray us." Says another sister. "This is ridiculous..." said Y/N, passing a hand over her face, tired of it all. Why don't they let her live her happiness? Just because of some ancient rivalry between their species?
After this last threat, the eldest sister dived to the bottom of the ocean followed by the others. Leaving Y/N alone again.

In the meantime, far from suspecting everything that was happening near the sea, Tony was still at the party organized by the near village.
After a few moments, he found the two men he was looking for. He replaced his shirt as if by reflex and approached them.
Taking off his sunglasses, he said with a smile "So you can't do without me anymore?" "Mr. Stark! We've been looking for you!" "I'm here." Tony said as he sat down at their table.
The men explained that they were sitting here with friends who had good connections and could help him develop his creation internationally. "I will retain full ownership of my project. Tony clarified from the start. "Who exactly are you?"
Tony was always careful to know the true purpose of the people they were working with, after all the bad things he had experienced.
After some explanations, and verifications that Tony made on his side thanks to his artificial intelligence glasses, everything was okay.
Tony rolled up his sleeve to reveal his latest holographic watch, invented by himself. Fortunately he was always ready for everything and had everything about his latest inventions inside this watch.
He tapped on it twice and the new project appeared in hologram. Tony then described every detail to them, showing them every new modification he had made.

While he was giving his speech, Tony could see that the two investors were already thinking about what their names together with Tony's would bring them rather than what good this invention could do.
Tony let his mind go for a moment. The holograms shining in front of him reminded him of the first time he had shown this watch to Y/N. It was a few weeks ago.
"So this thing tells time, does it?" Had asked the mermaid happy to recognize a human object.
Tony smiled. "A watch like this indeed" said Tony pointing to one of those bvlgari watches. "But, I have better. Here's one with the Stark touch" he said with a smile before pulling out all kinds of holograms from this second watch.
Y/N laughed, amused and genuinely amazed. Tony thought Y/N was so adorable and Y/N thought Tony was so amazing.

ony had always been passionate about tinkering and science for as long as he could remember. He loved to find an idea, think about the problem, find the solution and create something new.
It was rare to be able to talk to someone about all this who was really interested like Y/N. And that wasn't the only thing they had in common, far from it. Tony had never felt this way, but he too wanted to be with her every minute.
As he refocused on his speech, and the men asked him a lot of questions, Tony couldn't help but wonder if Y/N was okay right now. He hated the idea of her being alone for so long. He had to get back to her.
