"Not everything great in life can be bought by money. Sometimes the best things in life are free. Failure to see it might be the biggest mistake of your life. " That's one quote that I compiled myself. I could say it describes what real success or failure is. In life, there's always success and there's failure. Success they say is the product of hard work, perseverance and confidence. Failure for people is another thing. Failure to some is the product of stupidity, incompetence and indifference. Whatever it is that a person does in his life, there would always be those two things. His actions would either result to a great success or a distraught failure, even when it's evident or not.
For me, I think of success as a reward or a moment of relief and self-recognition. In other words success for me, is experiencing joy, may it be in any aspect of my life that's possible. Failure is yet another different thing. To fail for me, is to learn things the hard way, in psychological and physiological aspects. From success or failure, one can learn something. In life, even when coincidentally two persons are on the same level, and experienced the same things, their lives would still vary with the decisions they make every day, the way they handle things in life, how they deal with their success or their failures and how they hold up to it.
I've experienced a lot of things all throughout my sixteen years of existence. I've experienced to laugh, to cry, to put a smile on my face and on other people's faces, to make someone cry or unhappy, but all of these, positive or negative, it made me who I am now. Having a great and happy relationship with my loved ones and cared ones, I'm happy, and that for me is real success. Just to make every moment with them worth it and filled with content, I'm grateful. I feel like I'm on the top of the world. But to make the people I care about unhappy, disappointed or even worried, I feel like I just fell into a well and down in the dark. That's failure for me. I never would want anything to hurt them, and that's why every day I try to live my day and do my best for them. Not only in school, but every single day that I live through, I do it for them, because there's nothing more that I could ask for their ultimate happiness and once I've given that, then I've reached the biggest success of my life. Every important person for me, my family, friends and especially God, pushes me to be better, even with the things that I got through every single day. And like one cliché quote that I put together says, "With every success or failure that you face, you just need to learn, improve and keep moving forward."
