Ch. 1

(The Present)

(Sonic p.o.v.)
"Sonic! Eggman is attacking again!" I hear tails shout out to me as I sigh. Why am I sighing you ask? Well, let's just say I have a secret no one knows.

"Alright let's go tails!" I tell him as we run/fly out to where Eggman is currently attacking.

As we suspected f-Eggman is trying to build his empire as always typical if you ask me. When we got here all of our friends were there: Knuckles, Blaze, Silver, Amy, Rouge, Omega, and Shadow surprisingly is here he probably got dragged by rouge to help. "Eggman!" I catch his attention and I smile a bit on the inside as he looks at me.
"Sonic! So lovely to see you show up...sike! Robots attack!!!" I get into a fighting stance with my friends.

(Eggman's p.o.v.)
"Eggman!" I hear a familiar voice behind me, I turn around, and there he was none other than sonic the hedgehog himself. Ever since we became enemies it's been easier for our "secret" to get discovered. I smile a little inside my head then say "Sonic! So lovely to see you...sike! Robots attack!!!"

(No one's p.o.v)
As everyone is fighting robots no one notices a blue hedgehog and egg-shaped human missing from the field.

(Meanwhile with sonic and Eggman)

They stand there for a while until sonic hugs Eggman in a tight hug after Eggman kneeled himself to hug him in return. "Sonic..." said hedgehog looks up at him with a bit of tears in his eyes. "Father I don't wanna fight you anymore...I want this to end..." "Me too son me too but we have to keep up the act so your friends don't betray you...especially shadow." Eggman knew sonic's crush on the ebony hedgie and he supports his son 100%. He hopes his friends will as well.

(back with the others)
The others are celebrating the victory not knowing that a human and hedgehog are missing. Shadow notices this and decides to investigate. When he finds them his eyes widen at the shocking scene in front of him as he hides in a bush.

(Shadow's p.o.v.)
As I was finishing my last robot since I'm faster than everyone here besides faker....speaking of faker I don't see him at all on the battlefield. Now that I look around I don't see the fat man either...strange isn't it?
I sneak away from the celebrating group towards a forest until I heard two very similar voices. I hid behind a bush and peak over and there was faker and the fat man. You would think they're fighting no....they're hugging right in front of me. 'What is going on here..' I thought to myself and I spy on those two. I notice them let go and pretend to be out of breath as the others so up. Of course, Eggman gives his remarks on getting sonic again. Something strange is happening with both of them and I'm going to find out whether they like it or not.

Will shadow tell the others before confronting Eggman and sonic or will he confront them now? Who knows find out next time!
