16. Leaving The Pride Lands.

Kion wakes up

Rani: Kion, are you okay?

Kion: yeah I'm fine

Rani: are you sure?

Kion: Rani. I said I am fine.

Rani: are you positive?

Kion: I AM FINE!

Rani: oh. I-I'm—sorry...

Kion: whatever. He says as he walks out.

Rani walks outside, she sees Simba and Nala talking.

Rani: hey, what do we do about Kion? Why's he so mad?

Nala: that scar he got, he got it from the same snake that bite Scar.

Rani: and?

Simba: and, that means it will make him evil if we don't find a cure.

Rani: WHAT!?

???: ROAR!!

Bunga comes flying and lands on Rani.

Bunga: owww

Rani: owww

Simba: Bunga, what happened?

Bunga: Kion got mad at me because I was yelling in his ear.

Kion and some of the other guard members come running.

Kion: Bunga, I'm so so so so so sorry! I don't know what came over me!

Bunga: Kion it's fine.

Kion: Rani, I am so sorry for yelling earlier, I—I—

Rani: Kion it's okay, we've been dating for 8 years and it's never happened, so it's fine, plus you can't control yourself.

Simba: anybody know any cures?

Rani: welllll

Simba: what?

Rani: the Tree of Life, but i don't know if it even exists anymore, after my parents died, it could have been messed up.

Kion: what should we do?

Rani looks at Simba.

Simba: it's worth a try.
