Next day since Naruto's first mission.

Naruto received the money right after completing the mission the other day. Naruto was just walking down the streets continuing to get stares from the villagers. "tsk" Naruto was walking on the road and saw Mito walk by.

"yo hey how is being an Anbu?" Mito asked Naruto.

"hmmm, hey come on tell me" Mito got closer to Naruto

"It was alright" Naruto spoke and walked away

"did he become colder or something?" Mito spoke to herself

Akatsuki meeting

(the hologram meeting)

Pain, "we have received the news, Orochimaru attacked the hidden leaf and killed the Third Hokage. We have also discovered the nine tail jinchuriki".

Itachi felt suddenly got worried but didn't show his facial expression.

Sasori: "what about that traitor?"

Pain turned his attention to Sasori, "he left without a trace once the third Hokage died".

Hidan: "Ha Sasori, looks like you and Deidara failed to kill him it seems!"

Deidara: "shut up, I'll give you a taste of my art if you won't shut up!"

Kisame: "my goodness" he smirked

Pain: "quiet. Now, who is going to get the nine tail jinchuriki is the question?"

Kakuzu "Me and Hidan can handle it, the hidden leaf does have quite a lot of money"

Hidan: "huh, shut up Kakuzu stop deciding things on your own!"

Itachi: "Wait, me and Kisame will handle it"

Pain: "very well then, Itachi I entrust this task to you, but don't forget that legendary sanin is with him"

Itachi: "understood"

Pain: "everyone else, continue to look out for other bijus"

(end of the meeting)

Once Naruto got back to his apartment he found a scroll lying on his table, he opened it which was handwritten by Sai, his teammate. Naruto was ordered to go to the Anbu HQ at 3:00 pm which was about 10 minutes left for him to do. Naruto grabbed all of his equipment (the ones he brought at the store) and left.

At the Anbu HQ

Danzo: "Naruto I want you to take Sai and go on this mission, You will be the captain of this mission"

Naruto: "what happened to Captain Yamato"

Sai: "oh he is on another mission Lord Danzo order him to do"

Naruto: 'not gonna lie, I'm kind of glad, his face sometimes scares me' 

Naruto: "so what is mission"
