Pre timeskip moments before the actual time skip the part

Tobi along with Kyoshiro walked and met the leader of Akatsuki (I long it's Obito but I don't explain since I know people aren't stupid). 

Flashback

"here and now, I shall be known as Tobi, or unless it's pain or Konan you can mention the name Madara in front of them" Tobi spoke, "alright" Kyoshiro replied. 

Flashback ends

Kyoshiro walks up to pain and Konan who was standing and waiting for Tobi, "My name is pain, Madara already told me about you" Pain spoke, "The name is Kyoshiro," Naruto replied, Tobi then steps in. "Pain, he and I are both behind the scene workers so don't expect him to meet the other members. "Understood" Pain spoke. "but don't forget, if you piss me off I'll kill you" Kyoshiro spoke and pointed at Pain.

"I will listen to Madara but I have no idea who you are and you better not bug too much since won't hesitate to kill you" Pain death stared at Kyoshiro. "Pain! You're only wasting your energy" Konan stepped in. "hmph, whatever let's go" Tobi and Kyoshiro walked out. 

Hidden leaf (after a few weeks and Mito along with her teachers have finally recovered)

Kakashi and Jiraiya were at the Training Ground and away from the village for Mito's training, and along with Mito, "So Kakashi sensei what are you going to teach me?!" Mito excitedly asked. "Hmph, alright I'm going to help with you're Rasengan training, You do know about Nature transformation right?" Kakashi asked.

"of course, I learnt these during my training with Jiraiya Sensei," Mito spoke, "good, then I have a good feeling, Mito that Rasengan of yours can be upgraded to another level where it rival against strong enemies like the masked man you fought before" Kakashi spoke, "what......?" Mito spoke, "but first things first give me a demonstration of that Rasengan you can perform. 

"right!" Mito spoke, created a shadow clone and created a regular Rasengan and hitting a tree and destroying it. "good" Kakashi spoke, "so what is the Nature elements you can use?" Kakashi asked, "I can do every one of them but I'm not good with earth release and lightning release but I'm pretty good with water and wind release. "I see, I guess you can start with the wind," Kakashi spoke. 

"I guess when she finishes her training with the Rasengan, I'll train her on her other releases" Jiraiya spoke 

3 years later time skip

"Hey, Sakura!" Ino caught up, "Oh hi Ino what's up?" Sakura asked. Sakura was now much stronger than before, her training with Tsunade had a massive difference from before, (alright first off I don't really like Sakura but I like Tsunade, So I don't want Sakura even after Tsunade's training still be a bit*h so I have to at least make her stronger than quite a few people)

"Lady Tsunade summoned you to meet her at her office she said that it's important news." Ino spoke, "alright I guess I'll go" Sakura left and went straight to the Hokage's office.
