The rest of my week, well its not even worth mentioning. I was pretty much terrified of Josh, everytime he even looked my way I felt my skin crawl. I reminded my self of Dustin's words whenever I saw him. "I would never let anyone hurt you Clo." He said, and I knew right then that I wanted him. Even though we bearly even know each other. I love him. My parents are still having a hard time accepting that I exist. So I caught a ride with Ellie.
Today is the big day, my date with Dustin he's picking me up, and I have no clue where we are going. So I wear something simple. My jeans, a nice t-shirt and my favourite Elwood jumper. I braid my fringe and let the rest of my curly mess go wild. I wear a little bit of makeup and I put on my classic converse all stars (They have pink laces) I give mum and dad a heads up. All that's left to do now is wait for Dustin.
Within half an hour Dustin knocks on the door my dad answers and I sit on the stairs waiting for the whole "Be careful with my daughter." speech. Instead he simply says.
"She's up stairs." I walk down and Dustin's eyes light up. Dad has given up and gone back to the lounge room. I love the way Dustin looks at me. its so pure I can't fault him. He looks at me up and down smiles.
"You look. Beautiful." he says.
"You don't look so bad your self." I say getting my confidence.
"Are you ready?" He asks.
"Yeah." I say shyly.
"You'd parents aren't gonna tell you a curfew or anything?"
"Nope they have given up on me thy barely even speak. But my dad is picking me up from yours tonight so yeah." I say linking my arm through his.
"Okay." he says "Lets go." at that we both walk out the door. It feels as if a have a swarm of bees in my stomach I'm that nervous!!
