you have been dating chris for some time now and he had a zoom interview with jimmy fallon tonight. you had kept your relationship secret for a while but you were at chris's house after a private date and chris started to get ready for his interview
chris: you know you don't have to say for this interview it's kind of boring
me: no way! jimmy is so funny i would love to watch it live
chris: whatever you say
he throws on a boston baseball cap and sits down at the table. he opens his laptop and goes to an email where he could find the zoom link. you stand behind the computer in the kitchen watching him
chris: hi! is this working?
jimmy: it is! welcome chris it's so good to see you. well see you through a screen
chris laughs and jimmy starts talking to him about what he has been up to during quarantine
chris: you know just hanging out with dodger, keeping my circle as small as possible and get tested whenever i cough once
you hear jimmy laugh from the computer audio and jimmy just starts talking about some random stuff. chris keeps glancing over at you and smiling but he couldn't make it obvious you were there.
jimmy: now chris i have to ask...love life
chris: oh my god jimmy
jimmy: what! there have been some photos on the media of you and a girl walking dodger your dog around a park
chris: goddamn you paparazzi! oh god uhhh chris looks up at me and i'm silently laughing. he gives me a look, hinting at asking if he can reveal our relationship. i give a "fuck it" nod and he turns back to jimmy
chris: well jimmy uh actually yes. i do have a girlfriend her name is y/n y/l/n and she's here with me right now
jimmy: get her on camera! only if she's comfortable though
you walk over to the camera and come up behind chris. you bend over and start rubbing both his shoulders
you: hello!
jimmy: hi! so great to meet you
you: you too jimmy i'm a big fan!
chris: yes she said you were super funny earlier
i playfully hit him don't expose me as a fangirl!
jimmy laughs and thanks you for being a fan. you stay for a minute and chris's segment was up. you both wave goodbye and he leaves the meeting. he closes his laptop and looks up at you. he smiles and gives you a soft kiss on your lips
you: hey that wasn't so bad!
chris: you're right
you: i'm so glad everyone knows chris evans is mine
chris: well then, show me your mine then
you take chris's hand and lead him to his bedroom.
