The Kantei had been rebuilt from the big house it used to be, now it was higher, more modern, and only fit for the Prime Minister and his family.
No one knew of his family, he didn't have a wife yet.
That's what people thought.
when they were in the building, Hisashi wanted to talk to Izuku.
"Let me tell you a story..."
Once, there was a man, AFO, he was a villain, but after a while, he wanted to turn good, he changed his name to his original name: Hisashi Shigaraki
He married Inko, and had a child, when he wasn't even born yet, All Might came to kill him, and he escaped, later, he changed his name again to Midoriya, and ran for prime minister.
He won.
No one knew of his past.

In an alleyway, two figures were talking.

Izumi was excited, the number one hero wanted to speak with her.
"I want you to be my successor!"
In the back of his brain, something nagged him, something about Izumi not being the right person.

He ignored what sounded like the previous users, and decided to reveal himself to her.
"I am also... your father."

Hisashi explained that he took his quirk, and Izuku was mad, but he said is was because it was too powerful.
"When me an Inko did... uh... it I accidentally passed a quirk to you, one of my most dangerous, it could blow your body apart. It's called energy control. You could've piled up too much energy for you body, and destroyed the entire one block radius! You can manipulate other people's energy, your own energy, and overload energy. You can also shoot energy beams."
Izuku was ecstatic! He had a quirk.
"Now it is time for me to give it back, you have trained I see."
Izuku had started a training regimen, and had grown muscles.
Hisashi put his hand on Izuku's forehead, and transferred the quirk.
