It's been 10 years now since you were found by Nick Fury and saved from the torture of Hydra's manipulation and brainwashing. Your former comrade and partner were further saved 4 years after you in 2014 by Steve Rogers, an Avenger. That was 9 years ago. It's now 2023, the year of the blip's end, and also the year where Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, and Natasha Romanoff had come to an end. Their legacy as avengers won't be forgotten as they're the reason you or anyone else is alive to this day.
9 years ago when your former partner in Hydra was saved, Bucky Barnes, you both grew fond of each other and eventually started to grow feelings for one another. But ever since the blip, he disappeared from your life, leaving you deserted and alone, without anyone's comfort. You traveled the New York streets alone for months, the one you cared for the most had got up and left.
Around a year into the Blip you had joined the Military and were shipped off to Afghanistan, which is where you met your now-boyfriend, John Walker.
