Chapter 3

Raya panicked as she looked for Sisu. "Sisu? Sisu?" she whisper yelled. Soon the dragon appeared from the water. "This water is awesome! Wanna come in?" Raya ignored the invite. "Come back in, someone is going to see you" she said. Sisu sighed. "I'm a water dragon. It's kind of my thing" she said. "Look, just stay human please" Raya pleaded. Sisu sighed. "yeesh you really got some trust issues." she said before turning back to human and jumping back into the boat.

"You do. By the way, definitely get the shrimp congee. It's good" Raya jumped at the voice and realized it was Bao. He stood against the boat with his Serlot cat lying next to him. "You!" she said accusingly. Bao laughed. "My name is Bao. Not you" he said as he placed his bowl down. "H-how long- you betrayed us!" Raya exclaimed. "I did? Please explain" he said. Raya glared. "You led them to us." she said. "Oh, that's why they're not here right?"

Raya frowned in confusion. "Look princess. I didn't betray you. I led them in the wrong direction and now they lost you. Also, I got here before you did because I got hungry. Besides the point, I didn't betray you" he said. Raya then began to process it all. He let them get away and led Namaari and the others on a wrong route. He helped them escape, she realized.

"See! Told you he wasn't bad!" Sisu said. Raya gave her a look that made Sisu shut her mouth. "Alright who's hungry?" Boun gave them two bowls. "We got different sauces. How would you like it? Hot, Hotter? Or BOUN goes the dynamite" he said as she handed them three cans of the sauce. "Oh!" Sisu smiled but before she could take a bite, Raya grabbed the bowl. "No, no. We don't know him it could be poison" she whispered the last part.

Bao only laughed. "Okay princess if it was poison, how am I still alive?" he asked as he crossed his arms. "W-well I don't know. You're probably working with him!" she accused. Boun laughed. "Well, if it was poison, you're going to die happy" he said as he took a bite.

"Yeah princess. Someone got some trust issues" he teased. Raya only glared at him before taking out her own food and began eating. "Wow this is good! Also, by the way," Sisu put some hot Sause in her bowl before continuing. "Not poison. But its super-hot.... Hot! Hot! Captain Boun we need some water on deck" Raya only chuckled.

Soon, the boat arrived to Talon. The sun had set and Raya knew it was time to find the gem. "Wow! Putting your home on water. Nice way to Drunn proof your house" Sisu said. Raya put her cloak on before standing next to her. "Yup. But it's a hot spot for pick pockets and con artists" Raya said. Bao then handed her sword. "Thank you" she said as she put it in its cover.

"Okay. Good news, I know where the gem is" Raya began. "Bad news is it's with Dang Hai. He lacks in style, but makes up in mean" she explained. "Well then, I'll come with you to fight him" Bao said as he grabbed his sword. Raya shook her head. "No. Stay here with Sisu and Boun. Keep an eye out. I need to grab the gem and leave" she said. Bao gave her a worried expression. "Are you sure Princess? Dang Hai doesn't sound like someone you want to mess with" he said.

"Yeah, I'm sure. Sisu stay here with Bao and Boun. I'll be quick" she said before walking off. "Hey! If you see any hungry faces, send them my way" Boun said. Raya only chuckled. "You got it captain" she said.

Raya walked into the market and the smell of rice cakes, stew and other foods filled her nose. Her stomach growled but she ignored it. She had to get this gem and leave.

She then heard a baby. She turned her head and down a little hidden hall was a baby. She held her hands out to Raya. "Oh, what the..." she said as she looked at the baby.
