[OLD] Luna Mew Light Kanto Journey

Chapter 6: Kanto Starter Pokémon's

Right now Luna, Misty and Brock were having trouble walking through a non-path forest.

"Mew, you need to learn how to read the map right. You even have X-Dex with you how can we get lost." Misty complained.

"Excuse me Misty.But you guys know that I have no sense of direction and beside Misty you looked at the map with me earlier." Luna replied bluntly.

Misty and Luna were about to have an argument with each other, when Brock cut in. "Okay that's enough." Brock said breaking the argument, "Come on, we are all tired now. So let's take a break and then we'll figure out what to do. Okay."

Luna and Misty had nothing against that.

They had a break by a very small stream. Just then Misty saw a Pokémon by the stream. "Hey look, it's a Pokémon." She said.

The Pokémon resembles a blue plant bulb with a round body, beady red eyes and five oval foot-like roots. It has five large, green leaves sprout from its head.

Oddish, the Weed Pokémon.
It often plants its root feet in the ground during the day and sows seeds as it walks about at night.

"I'm going to catch it." Misty said.

Luna looked at Pichu and Pikachu then back at Misty, "Really?" Luna raise an eyebrow, "You do realise that it's a Grass Type not a Water Type right?" She pointed out.

"I know it's not a Water type," said Misty "but it's so cute, so I'm catching it. Go Seel." The white sea lion came out of its PokéBall. "Use Aurora Beam on that Oddish." A rainbow coloured beam shot out of Seel's horn and hit the Oddish directly. "Now use Headbutt." Seel butted the Oddish with its head and that knocked out Oddish. "Yes, okay go PokéBall."

Just as Mistys PokéBall was about to hit Oddish, a vine came out of nowhere and whacked the PokéBall away. "Hey what happened?" Misty said in shock.

Out of the bush a wild Bulbasaur appeared in front of the wild Oddish, protecting the weed Pokémon with an angry face

"No way!" Luna gasped "It's a Bulbasaur!"

Bulbasaur, the Seed Pokémon.
It bears the seed of a plant on its back from birth. The plant sprouts and grows with it.

The Wild Bulbasaur used its Vine Whip to knock Seel out. "Oh no Seel." Misty said running over to it, "Are you okay?" She asked in worry.

Bulbasaur was about to attack again but Pichu and Pikachu jumped in front of Luna, protecting her from the wild Bulbasaur.

"Pipikapipikapikachu!" (Don't even think about attacking Luna!) Pikachu warned the seed Pokémon.

Luna looked at Bulbasaur and Oddish, she smiled at Bulbasaur waving goodbye to it and told Pichu and Pikachu that it is okay. Bulbasaur stared at her in shock because most trainers would give to battle a Bulbasaur or try and capture it but Luna didn't she let it go and he saw that her Pokémon are quite protective over her.

After Bulbasaur and Oddish ran off. Luna, Brock and Misty continued to walk on.

Just then they came to a wooden bridge. "That's odd." Brock said as he raised an eyebrow, "This bridge doesn't appear on the map."

"Should we cross?" Misty asked.

"I think we should," Luna answered, "besides someone might be living on the other side. And if they are, they could help us." Misty and Brock thought that was a good idea.

When they started to cross the bridge, the bridge wasn't exactly stable; so they had to hang on to the ropes, while they walked. Suddenly a big gust of wind rocked the bridge and the bridge ropes snapped.
