This is Primrose's outfit
This is just a filler chapter about Primrose's graduation day
Today is the day that Primrose finally graduates from Nursing school.
Prue, Piper and Phoebe are sat in the kitchen drinking their morning coffee
Prue: I can't believe that our baby sister graduates today
Piper: I know right. She has grown up to be an awesome young woman
Phoebe: Yeah, it is great I just can't believe it that my little sister is graduating from college and has a job lined up and I don't
Piper: You will find something Phoebe
Primrose walks into the kitchen she is wearing a pale blue dress and she is wearing her gap and grown, and her long hair is in a side braid
Primrose: So how do I look?
Piper: Oh, honey you look so beautiful
Phoebe: You really do honey
Primrose: There is one thing I have to show you all something
She undoes her grown and opens it to reveal on the inside of the grown she has sawed in two pictures one of Grams and one of her Mother she causes tears to form in Piper and Phoebe's eyes.
Primrose: They might both be gone but at least this way both Mom and Grams can be a part of my day, I really wish that they were both here today
Prue: Oh, honey you know that Grams was very proud of you and I think I can safely say that Mom would be too. You managed to graduate over a year early and when Grams was sick you took care of her with Piper.
Primrose smiles as Prue pulls into a hug
Prue: We are also very proud of you honey
Piper and Phoebe join the hug which causes Primrose to smile, the hug ends
Primrose: If only we had some idea of who my father is, maybe we could have invited him
Piper: It is his loss whoever he is
Prue: Okay let's get going to your Graduation
Primrose: Wait Prue did you invite Andy like I asked?
Prue: Yes, he was very touched that wanted him there
Primrose: Well, I have known him pretty much my whole life he is kind of like my big brother he is a part of this family whether you two are together or not
Prue smiles at the fact that her baby sister adores the man that she loves, and she thinks of like a brother
Prue: He is going to meet us there
Together they leave the house and soon after they arrive at Primrose's school, Primrose goes to join her friends and Prue, Piper, Phoebe and Andy take their seats as the graduation starts.
After a lot of speeches.
Primrose is lined up with her friends to accept her two nursing diplomas
The Dean: Our youngest graduate today is an incredibly young women who is graduating over a year early and she is graduating with not one but two diplomas in nursing one is BSC in midwifery and the bachelor's degree. It is my pleasure to give these to Miss Primrose Halliwell
Primrose smiles and walks to the stage to get her diploma and degree; she walks up the stairs to the stage and hugs her Dean who hands her diploma and degree as her family cheers for her which causes her to smile. After a few more people have received their degrees or diploma's the dean walks to the microphone
The Dean: Ladies and gentleman it is my honour to announce UC Berkley College Graduates of the year of 1998 are now completely graduated
All the graduates stand up and throw their caps into the air. Primrose grabs her gap and runs over to her sisters and Andy. She hugs Andy first
Andy: Well, done Rosie
Primrose: Thanks Andy and thank you for coming
Andy: Are you kidding there was no way I was going to miss this and thank you for the invite
Primrose: You're welcome besides, you have known me forever and you are kind of like my big brother.
Andy: Thanks Rosie
The hug ends and Prue, Piper and Phoebe come over to their sister
Piper: Oh, honey I am so proud of you (she pulls Primrose into a hug.
Primrose: Thank you Piper
Prue: I think that we should all going because we have a surprise for you Prim
Phoebe: But first we have to put this on you (she pulls out a blindfold
Phoebe walks forward and puts the blindfold over Primrose's eyes an then she takes her hand and she leads her back to the car that they came in, she helps Primrose get into the car. Prue get into the driver's seat as Piper and Andy get in too.
Soon after they arrive at their destination
Phoebe and Andy get out the car and they help Primrose get out and they are followed by Prue and Piper
Primrose: Guys can I please take this blindfold of now?
Phoebe: Not yet
They walk up the steps and into the Manor and they walk in.
Phoebe: Okay I'm going to take the blindfold of but keep your eyes closed okay
Primrose: Okay
Phoebe takes the blindfold and Primrose keeps her eyes closed
Prue: Okay give us a couple of minutes and after I have counted to three open your eyes okay
Primrose nods her head
Piper: okay done
Prue: Okay on one the count of 3, 1,2 ,3
Primrose opens her eyes to see her sisters and Andy stood their and Piper is holding a huge graduation cake
Piper: I know that you said that you didn't want but we thought that you would at least want a cake so we got your favourite double chocolate fudge.
Primrose: Oh, thanks guys this is what I wanted after Graduation some time with my family
Prue comes in with a tray of drinks and hands them out
Prue: You are not old enough to drink yet but I will let you have just one for today okay
Primrose: Okay
Andy: I propose a toast. To Primrose coagulations on graduating College and good luck in your new job
Prue, Piper Andy, and Phoebe: To Primrose
Prue: There is one more gift from me and Piper put your drink down and come with me and Piper
Primrose puts her drink down and Piper takes her hand and they lead her outside and there in the driveway is another car one that Primrose recognises
Prue: We know that you have been saving up for a car for a while well since you were what 15 and we also know that were almost there and you had picked your car so me and Piper along with Phoebe who pretend to be you, we went and not only got your new car but we also paid the last bit of money towards it. So here you go
Prue holds out her hand which contains the car keys
Primrose is speechless and she slowly takes the keys and she grabs both Prue and Piper and pulls them into a huge hug she then pulls Phoebe into the hug and Andy watches from the doorway and for a small moment the Halliwell sisters are very happy just being together
