Hi. Im Skyler Rose. I am currently 23, but my story happens while I am a senior at Highland Highschool.

I wanted to go to Highland for one reason. Music. Highland is a school known for its amazing music programs. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to sing and act and dance, but I never thought I was good enough.

Well, until now that is.

Now im working at accomplishing what I have dreamed about for so many long years, full of spoiled brats and barbie dolls, who think there so amazing because they know how to torture someone and look gorgeous while doing it.

Personally, these people make me sick. I even puke a little just thinking about them, but they are a part of my story, and I cant cut them out of it.

It really all started with a bell. A loud ring accross the school speakers that called out, everyone is free to leave this prision for 2 days until you have to come back and suffer some more.

Everyone in the classroom jumped up and ran out of the room, like their asses were on fire. I stood up from my desk and gathered my stuff, into my bag. I pulled the straps, on the bag to tighten the opening at the top. I then flung the heavy sack over my shoulder, and walked to the door.

"Thank you Mrs. Nobel." I said to the teacher who was now sitting in her chair, on her phone. "Goodbye, Skyler." She answered, and with that I was out the door. I didn't need anything in my locker, so I just walked outside, with my heavy bag, and my keys.

I went to my car and hopped in, and started driving to my sister's school.

My sister Casey was in kindergarten. She was 6, and was the sweetest little girl in the whole world. I had to pick her up after school every day, because my mom was always to lazy or to drunk to care.

My mom started drinking when my dad left us 6 years ago. Infact, Casey wasn't even born when he left. Anyway, ever since my mom became her alcoholic self, I have had to take care of Casey.

I finally pulled up into her school parking lot, and stepped out of my car to look for her. I started walking towards the playground, the kids were told to wait on until there parents picked them up.

I could see her running around with a bunch of other little kids, laughing and giggling. Soon enough she spotted me, and started running towards my direction. "Skyler, can I play for a little bit more, please?" She asked. She typically asked this. "Yes, but only 15 minutes. We have to get home soon." I replied.

She gave me a quick hug, and ran off.

There were a few parents socializing with eachother in small groups. I never bothered to talk to them, because they were so much older than me and probably would just judge me. It was like this every day, except today.

Today there was still the little groups full of gossiping parents, or the ones that would always just brag about how perfect their kid is, but then there was something different. There was someone who looked about my age. He had crystal blue eyes, and blonde hair that was pulled up into a quiff. He was tall, and was wearing black, ripped skinny jeans, with a green day tank top. He also had a lip ring on his lower lip, that surprisingly didn't make him look rude. It accually made him look attractive.

He appeared to be alone, until three other boys came up and started jumping and teasing him. They all looked around the same age. One of them was really tan, with brown hair and eyes. One had dirty blonde hair that was kind of long, and curly. He was also wearing a red bandana. The last one was pale, and had black hair.

They were all very attractive boys, but there was something about the tall one, with the lip ring. He was attractive, but in a different way.

A couple minutes passed of me watching the boys, and glancing at my phone every now and then, but then I heard a loud scream.
