He had promised his friend, Sapnap, that he would stay away from the place – and yet, once again, he found himself standing on the prison grounds, his feet freezing cold as his worn out shoes stood completely drenched in water, the wet, slimey mud covering both his shoes and his dissapearing, inner pride.

Such a lack of confidence, such a lack of happiness. Where did it all go?

The sharp, rapid raindrops hit the man repeatedly, his body all tensed up and his teeth clanging against each other as the cold breeze pushed against the soaked wet fabric, glueing it to his skin.
Shivers running down his spine, he furrowed his eyebrows, squeezing his eyes shut as the water streamed down his pale, porcelain skin.

His mind was tied up with the hardest knot to untie, different thoughts storming through his brain as his whole body ached at the memory of the familiar blonde man — the sharpest of blades hitting his weakest spots.

His emotions like on a rollercoaster, anger, pain and panic switching off every few minutes, the brunette struggled to function. Having a hard time to even take a breath, the thought of putting himself together felt more than impossible, a hopeless sigh leaving his lungs.

His heart sank further and further, the trembling of his hands and locks of his chocolate hair slapping his forehead driving the young man crazy. Feeling nothing, yet everything at the same time, he looked up to the prison, the lights on the sides barely visible throughout the strong rain.

Where did his lover go? Why did he go? And how could he leave the brunette behind?

He felt so, so stupid – and now, he had to live with it.

He should have never let him go.

"I miss you, idiot," he whispered, a painful sob escaping his mouth, "c-come back to me– please" the words so quiet he barely heard his own voice.

Both his clothes and his hair sailed agressively in the wind, his eyes heavy and his mind tired.
Loud banging could be heard from the distance – yet George had no idea what it was, nor did he even care. All he had on mind were the two, protecting eyes always filled with endearment and a warm, loving – yet slowly fading-off – smile.

He missed the way the other man said his name, or the way his dumb grin always burnt up his heart, making him feel like nothing bad was about to happen.

Always so genuine towards him.

But now, he was gone. He was left alone. Without an understanding, caring blonde man standing by his side. And it hurt like hell.
