Arrival

   It was the light tap of raindrops that woke Mariji up after the long flight slumber. Flower face's lyrics and melody had put her in a beautiful and nostalgic mood, which only made her anticipate more and more the end of this journey. Opening her eyes, she sat up in her airplane seat and realized she can see fields and a few sparse houses.

"We must be near."

   The plane landed only 20 minutes after that, finding Mariji eager to go and grab her luggage. After waiting forever, now carrying 3 enormous bags, she stepped out of the arrivals exit, eyes scanning everyone around her, desperately trying to find the long, sleek black hair and the oh so familiar face she had seen so many times through her screen.

"MARIJI!!!! OMG IT'S YOU" a petite girl shouted as she excitedly ran through everyone at the gate.

"DANNY!!"

   The two girls embraced lovingly, their height difference making them look like a mother hugging her child.

-"I can't believe I am finally seeing you!!!. God I feel so happy!!." said Mariji, when suddenly her eyes fell on the big friendly giant behind Danny.

-"Aaaaaand you must be Johnny!!. I've heard so many things about you."

-"I really hope they were good things only.", he jokingly said while putting his arm around Danny's shoulders ,staring into her black eyes.

-"Well, I cannot gurantee that!." , and everyone broke out laughing with Danny's feisty statement.

-"And with that let me introduce myself , I'm Johnny Suh lovely to meet you"

-"Mariji Lee, likewise!!"

   After the two were done shaking hands, Johnny asked:

-"Would you care for some coffee before  driving you home Mariji?"

-"I'd love that."

And with that the three of them headed to the airport cafeteria.

   After grabbing their coffees and Danny almost chocking from the bitterness of Mariji's Namericano the 3-wheel sat and chatted in the crowded cafeteria.  An hour and 30 minutes had passed with them talking and laughing out loud, when they realized it was 20:00 already.

-"Wow we are really late!!. Let's get going already, the girls are gonna be so pissed." , Danny exclaimed in a rush of anxiety.

-"Late for what exactly??"

-"She means the pa--"

-"SHHHHHH JOHNNY!! Nothing really it's just that the girls really wanna meet you!" , Danny said after slightly hitting Johnny's shoulder.

-"Okay Kim Danny, what is it that you are hiding from me??? And also what girls are you talking about??"

-"I have no idea what you are talking about, I am hiding nothing. And the girls I'm talking about are my roomates!! Well i guess, now, our roomates!! Their names are Katnya and Ivy, you are so gonna love them."

-"Wow really?? Well, the more the merrier! But now I'm kinda nervous"

-"Don't be silly dear. They will love you, you just wait."

   And with that they all stormed outside the cafeteria heading towards Johnny's car. Danny tried loading Mariji's luggage in the car only to give up after 5 seconds leaving Johhny to sort out the mess. Mariji thanked Johnny and then hopped into the car enthrilled with the new environment she was in and all the possibilities it held.

   The sun had already set making this a long night drive, one of Mariji's favourite things to do, and quite an enjoyful one. The three of them spent an hour telling jokes and stories, listening to beatiful soothing music and appreciating the beautiful scenery around them that slowly started turning more and more into the beatiful city of Seoul as they were reaching it.

    After spending an hour like this, the car came to a halt in front of a cute little house with the most adorable garden filled with lilies and magnolias.

-"Welcome home dearest!"
