I went into the prison...
I found his cell.
Hiroto Momota...
I called a guard over.
"I wanna talk with that one..."
"Ok Hawks."
They took him in a room and I sat across from him...
"You probably know why I'm here."
"Let me guess, Murders? The Yakuza?
Torture?"
"What? No. Way off the money.
I'm here to talk about Kurai."
He groaned.
"Of all the things I just mentioned...we're gonna talk about him?"
"Yes."
He groaned again.
"What do you wanna know? I can't exactly talk on his teen years though, he was with Chiba from
12 - 16 years old."
"What was he like as a child?"
"Feels like he hasn't changed from when I last saw him,
He was a scared and jumpy kid. Apologizing for everything, blaming himself.
Feels like nothing personality wise changed."
"I'm willing to guess that you played a part in that?"
"I guess..The way I was raised was the way I raised Him. Through example. Kids only ever learn through fear. If they're in a state of fear, they stay out of your way."
"Did you lay hands on him?"
"I had to get him to listen one way or another."

"Y'know, Kurai looked up to you as a kid...You were his favorite, the only reason he smiled back then. He had a plushie he would always hold. He wanted to be just like you."
He was smiling...
"I would hear him fall on his face from trying to fly, he would try to make his quirk come out...that was the one thing I was hoping would happen..the only reason I had to bare with him for so long was because I had to wait til his quirk came."
He chuckled.
"Although, that childish fantasy of wanting to be like you didn't last long...Once he was having a little too much fun pretending to be a hero, disturbing the peace, I let that kid have it. Told him the sad reality that hero society wouldn't want him and that you would've rejected him."

"Even after all that, somehow, that kid still loved me...He helped me when I was hurt, helped me around if I was out of it...he was a good kid.."
