Jack jumped out of bed, speed walked into the bathroom and took a shower.
Luke was making bacon and eggs for everyone, while Angela and Jill were chatting.
Angel: As you can tell, Jack is excited.
Jill chuckles and rolled her eyes.
Jill: What's that dweeb excited for this time?
Lucy: Don't call your brother a dweeb.
Jill: But mom, it was a joke.
Lucy: I don't care!
Luke: Your brother's excited because we're going to the annual Star Wars convention!
Jill put on a fake smile.
Jill: Whoopty doo.
Jack came downstairs wearing a black hoodie with a picture of Luke Skywalker and baby Yoda with some jeans, he headed to the kitchen.
Angel: Hot!
Lucy: Are we just going to ignore the fact that she called our son hot in front of us?
Luke: Yup!
Jack sat at the table.
Jack: What's up family?! What's for breakfast?
Luke put their plates of food on the table.
Luke: Bacon and waffles.
Jack: My favorite!
Lucy turned to Jill.
Lucy: If you don't want to come with us, you can stay here.
Jill smiled brightly.
Jill: Really?!
Luke: Of course! You're old enough, and I hope that you're responsible.
Jill: I am!
Luke: Alright.

Everyone left, except Jill who was in charge.
Jill called her best friend, Melanie.
Jill: My parents are out with my brother and his girlfriend for 5 hours, want to party at my place?
Melanie: Sounds cool! Mind if I invite some people over?
Jill: Not at all!
Melanie: Cool.

Everyone made it to Jill's house.
Jill: How many people did you bring?
Melanie: Just 2.
Jill got some Doritos and dumped them into a big red bowl.
Jill, Melanie and Melanie's friends, Tom and Miranda were watching tv and eating Doritos on the white sofa.

Lucy: Look honey, those people are making Star Wars Lego sets!
Jack gasps.
Angel: Meh.
Luke found 2 costumes and gave then to Jack and Angel.
Jack and Angel went inside the changing rooms.
Jack was Darth Vader and Angel was Princess Leia.
Luke: Awesome!
Jack: I am your father!!
Angel: I'm the girl who looks like she has 2 cinnamon buns on her head!
Luke: That's accurate.
Everyone chuckles.
Jack: She's Princess Leia babe.
Luke looked around.
Luke: They have laser tag! Wanna play??
Jack: Yeah!
Angel: Sure.

Angel and Tom were watching tv in the living room, while Melanie and Miranda were talking in the kitchen.
Tom got really close to Jill and was about to kiss her but she backed away.
Jill: HOLD UP!
Tom: What's wrong?
Jill: I'm sorry, but I'm not ready to be in an intimate relationship, I'm still a virgin and I hope you understand.
Tom: Ok, I respect your self advocacy.
Jill nodded and smiled appreciatively.
Tom: Can I have your number though?
Jill smiled and blushed.
Jill: Sure.
Melanie and Miranda walked into the living room to see Jill and Tom exchanging numbers.
Jill: Anyone want to watch the movie Mortal Kombat?
Miranda: That'll be awesome!
Jill went on HBO Max and put on Mortal Kombat.

It was now 6:30 and Jill's family arrived.
Lucy: Put your souvenir in your closet with all of your other items.
Jack: Ok!
Jack and Angel went in his room.
Jill: Mom, dad, I would like for you to meet my new boyfriend Tom.
Lucy: Nice to meet you Tom.
Luke: If you hurt my daughter I'll end you!
Tom: Thank you, I'll never hurt her.
Jill: I would also like to introduce you to Miranda.
Luke and Lucy took turns shaking Miranda's hand.
A couple minutes went by, Melanie, Miranda and Tom went home. Jill ran to her room, locked her door and started writing in her diary.
Jill's diary
Dear diary, I had a great day today. My parents took my brother to a Star Wars convention, so they left me in charge until they got back! I was allowed to have some friends over and as a result, I found my new boyfriend! My mom was excited about it, but I know that my dad is a little perturbed even though he thinks he doesn't show it. I think I'll talk to him later.
Jack knocks on the door.
Jack: DINNERS READY!!
Jill: BE THERE IN A MINUTE!!
Jill closed her diary, locked it and put it in her vanity drawer.
Jill: COMING!!
