Carl said nothing and got up from the sofa. He walked over into the kitchen, and picked a bottle of water, and slowly drank from it.

"I.. I uhm, i dont know. This place seems to be perfect, its got walls, weapons, people, buildings, showers, an infirmary, cafe, we dont even have to share or apartment. I dont have any valid reason why we shouldnt stay. But the thing is, it just doesnt feel right here. I can almost feel something bad looming around, it might be an attack.. like what The Governor did to our group at the prison, or maybe just a giant herd of walkers. I dont know. I just feel like something bad is going to happen."

I sat silently, absorbing what Carl had said. Maybe he is right, maybe we should leave while we can. Will Paul let us? I pandered this thought.

"Carl, baby, its up to you alright? I'm not going to keep you somewhere you dont feel safe in, but i dont want to endanger you either. Its your call."

He walked into our bedroom and layed down the bed, rubbing his face. I could tell he was exhausted.

"Babe, we dont have to decide right now, alright? We'll stay here a bit, rest and eat properly, get our health back, then we'll think about our decision then." I suggested.

"Alright babe."

That was the first time he ever called me babe.
